Interesting take

I might be crazy, but I don't think Nashwa ever intended to say no to Ammar's proposal. She made the "deal" with Ammar before the scene in the office with Burhan, where she has seemingly accepted the proposal. When Baktiyar called her into his study at the end of today's episode, Nashwa wasn't surprised at all. Their interaction was muted, but we can infer from Nashwa's expressions and body language. She's calm and still. She matches Baktiyaar's gaze. It's likely that Baktiyaar said Nashwa would have to marry Ammar to get Bisma's marriage with Asim approved, and Nashwa didn't flinch. She expected this barter and knew that her 'Bade Abbu' wouldn't wait until after Bisma's marriage for Nashwa to fulfill her end of the deal. Moreover, in the promo for tomorrow's episode, Ammar is eyeing Nashwa's interactions with Burhan with more interest than before, as if something had changed in his equation with Nashwa.

As Ammar's mother said at the end of the episode, Nashwa is the key to every secret in Barkat Villa. Nashwa is too smart not to be aware of this. If she can secure Bisma with Asim, then she can play her cards freely in Barkat Villa. Before Asim was in the picture, Nashwa's goal wasn't to fight back against Bakhtiyar. It was to get out of there and save her mom. Now, she doesn't need to run. Nashwa is here to play a game, and it's never really been against Ammar or Burhan in court. It's against 'Bade Abbu' and her 'dadi.' It's part of why she isn't afraid or uneasy around Ammar. In her eyes, he's not a threat to her. Ammar is a criminal, but he's not smart or manipulative. She can use this marriage to collect evidence against him or learn about the injustices against her mom. Nashwa doesn't the full extent of her mother's story or her father's death and these are two things I can't expect her to give up either.

I also just think Nashwa knows more about Ammar's involvement and Maheen's case than she's letting on.

Lastly, there is something about Ammar that doesn't sit right and it's the most crucial part of his character IMO. He has a soft spot for Bisma and that's more than he can say for his mother, sister, and Nashwa. As we know, he's protecting Nashwa now because of their bargain but he's shared moments with Bisma before this. The makers are showing it in layers and that might also explain his dynamic with Nashwa a bit more or why she doesn't flinch at his presence.

Omg what an episode.. haven't enjoyed a show this much in a long time all because of the layers characters have and today they added so much mystery by blurring the conversation...

Ammar is a criminal but damn is he the most intresting character ... Why is he such a delight to watch... So he has soft spot for bisma ... And Ammar nashwa have so much cracking spark .. I just want to relish the calm with which they engage... Like hate to love trope these two are forced to be civil to each other to get out of marriage... Omg ... Their dynamic is so wierd n unexplored

I so wish that they would not have shown amaar as rapist and criminal. So, i could root for nashwa amaar. Tho, he is a criminal but still i am not able to dislike his character like the way i dislike dadi and badey abbu's character

This drama is getting interesting now. Nashwa confronting her grandmom and uncle with so much confidence

Also i really liked nashwa dialogue when she said that yeh duniya waley (log) tab kahan hoty hain jab hum muskhil main hoon. Why they come up to criticise us, help karney toh koi nhi ataa.
