I am back with my predictions. He will make a deal with Bakthayer that in return for Ammar divorcing Nashwa, he will defend Amaar.
You need to specify the Khulla condition in the nikah that Bakthtayer would never do. This means that even if Amaar gets a life sentence, Nashwa would still stay married to him. It's a less conflicted way for him to get what he wants. What if Amar gets freedom and does not divorce her?. Burhan will do what Bakthtayer did and secure the divorce beforehand but it won't be revealed to the audience.
What is not making sense to is how will Nashwa go against her Amaar in this case, She married Amaar because she was afraid of her mother's life. Bisma will have to die or move abroad for it to make sense and she will never move abroad until Nashwa is in Pakistan.
Ooooo. That's a very interesting take. Like just take precautions like barey abbu. But there is no guarantee that he'll win the case though
Also, that will be sooo wrong of Burhan to do this to Mahi or any other being. That would make him worse than Ammar - an accused person and a potential enabler or an enabler. Will he do that for Nashwa? But then Nashwa will want justice for Mahi and when she'll find out what Burhan is doing for her, she'll be angry just like how her mom and everyone is angry at her for making that decision..
I mean I see Burhan taking the case because it came to him. Remember when Taya Abbu comes to his office initially to file in defense for Ammar.
I think both cases were lodged with Burhan's firm and Nashwa takes mahins and Burhan takes Ammar's.
Lawyers have no morality and they cannot really use morality in court. It asks for who presents their case better. There are always loopholes. Then how come in real life big industries, corporations and government never gets audited and enjoy and steal trillions of dollar literally from the public. No consequences. They have good lawyers! Lol
Morality really doesn't even apply I guess. They just take clients based on who comes to them or their availability. They get paid even when they lose. I wish the audience understood this. This awam is very black and white. I'm taking it this way. It's easier.
I'm going to get huge backlash and it's controversial but since the very beginning I knew one thing. The reason why everyone is treating Ammar so casually is because he is not the rapist or the killer.
The problem is with the writing. The writer knows the ending so she showed such casual behavior of everyone with him ( their behavior makes sense if he didn't do the crime. That's the only way otherwise it's crazy)...even Nashwa really doesn't avoid him. If I lived with an extended family member like that and we couldn't afford to move out and even if it was only a rumor then also I'd go to the washroom with someone and never be alone with that person..
Huge huge fault in writing!
Burhan will take the case not knowing but the writer does know I mean she wrote it. So, she'll show that Nashwa always looks at things at face value. She says things like uske shakal se criminal he pata chalta hai. That is the 101 dumb mistake as a lawyer.
But to what level Ammar enabled and hindered I'm waiting to see. Yeh to clear hai as we saw the taking to the club, the drink ,the taking to the room and all...I'm going to see how this unfolds. I'm curious how the team handles it. I think there might be flashbacks?
Honestly, the writing now has become problematic. The undertone was there now it's out in the open. I'm not having high hopes for court scenes.
I mean I'll be okay. I thoroughly enjoyed every scene up till episode 21. Then the next 3 were a bit of a repeat 25 and 26 were really good as well. I'm actually satisfied.
I mean in reality the good guys mostly don't win. Hence, why reality is unfair.
Also, is it really confirmed that Burhan will take the case? I still get a little confused but it keeps the mystery going.
I have no more energy to guess and it's a good thing it's all coming to and end
