Exactly Yumna has chemistry with every character in QEZ but if you compare then unfortunately its least with Usama.
I feel some awkwardness between their scenes. Its not coming naturally. Maybe its because Usama is weak actor among all cast members.
Also, I'm a little disappointed with all the stuff about nitpicking. I do not think any nitpicking is going on. It's just a discussion. If many people had questions about the blood group situation then they have every right to voice it. One can't quiet others under the category of it being hate simply because of a disagreement or a different POV. I mean one can say it's hate to force others to love Usama as the charismatic Burhan as he is described but no one is saying that. We all have different opinions and it's okay.
I know hospitals can do tests and find out about blood groups and I appreciate Burhan asking because any information is helpful so I didn't have a big problem with it and he too was in a shock. I found him asking the question to be just fine. But I'm totally okay with people picking up on it being unreasonable.
I don't agree with many reviewers. Sometimes Amna and Rabia nitpick such dumb things in QEJ or in TMNON but SMD gets a free pass through laughs and taken in a funny and non serious way. But at the end it's their freedom and right to share their own opinion. It doesn't impact my viewing because I know if a plotline and acting is strong it will work for me.
Also, what is with shaming people who like Nameer? From what I can tell across all social medias, people just like the tom and Jerry dynamic of Nashwa -Ammar. No female (I hope) would ship or think of Ammar-Nashwa. An enabler is worse than the culprit by making the situation of the crime being able to happen. And also by covering it up willingly. This is the worst crime in the universe and I know no human will empathize even with the most gray character when it comes to this. Yes, there are few crazy teens and let's show them grace that they grow out of it.
But but but... people are liking their chemistry like Saba-Bilal from Cheekh. The cat and mouse type of thing . Many side characters in English or pak TV shows and books overshadow the main characters and become favourites. I remember people loving Ahsan Khan's performance as the ch*** abus** in Udaari and that didn't mean people enjoy being morally wrong! People also went gaga over Usman Mukhtar in Aana and he only had few minutes in every episode. So, it's not just about hero heroine ki chemistry. People like solid interesting characters.
Burhan is written so so well but at times you feel that while Usama is good, it would have been solid had it been Bilal Abbas, Sherry, Hamza Abbasi, or someone with that Aura. It is what it is and while Usama is growing on us (on me at least), sometimes instead of Burhan it's Usama that peaks through. There's a disconnect. But it no longer bothers me too much!
I'm sure others felt it and that's what they shared.
I love this thread because it's chill. Everyone is great.i hope it stays that way. Otherwise how are we any different from that SMD-Maya gang?
Cheers
