Both shows were promoted as some out of box stories which are written for society betterment, one for Girl's education and other is on Halala but the whole focus is on" leads love story" and how FL are out of control in their emotions as both are running behind male leads attention.

Haven’t continued Mann Jogi but Zard has been a love story since the past 12-14 episodes now. With a lot of back and forth between the leads of confessing/denial. Everything else lies forgotten. They could have made romance a part of it but it’s the main story. It’s also adding to the drag.

No wonder the views on this fell behind since a month or so. Previously it used to be at par with GM or a bit ahead but now it’s lesser.

Did meenu or Aaliya ended up being a maid to a set of gundas for them to be out of control with their emotions and running around for male lead's attention? Also arent these two like girls from smaller town and village where they aren't much aware about the outer world unlike a journalist. 🤔

Atleast these two girls are still true to their self and isn't running after criminals and murderers. One is a well educated well mannered doctor and the other is a pure hearted human being.

I am amazed people can make Pks out to be a social drama, the mentally challenged girl was never even taken to a psychiatrist

Haha...Theres hardly any romance between Meenu-Nofil, and as fans we are crying for this lack of scenes, and some people are claiming thats all there is to the show

Most dramas use some social evil as a plot point, if tomorrow someone comes up and say JNis a social cause drama because it touched on the lead being sold to a brothel.

PKS was not meant to be for social awareness but that one scene of bad touch that Mahzabeen was able to figure out despite being not so sharp was definitely more than some intentional social awareness messages

But on whole PKS cant be called social awareness drama

Meenu chose her self respect over Nofil twice. There was a discussion on Meenu being rude to him without any fault of his on Zard thread.

People who hail a jeeti jaagti journalist being reduced to a mere muse for a gangster shouldn’t talk about well written FLs. Her words were literally like lagta hai main iss duniya main Munna ke liye utari gayi hoon.

ZPKB And MG are complete love stories with desperate female leads. But these love stories are masked behind "social caused Agenda "just to show how these drama are different from the rest and are superior on others. While in reality woi porani ghisi piti stories. Nothing new

I agree from past 10-12 episodes focus is on Romance and how FL is chasing the hero while male lead giving no bhavby watching Meenu I was like "Girl have some self respect please " views are decreasing becayse audience is betrayed that's why not interested in this.

Or MJ ka kya hi kaho Such a good social based drama as per makers but in reality without any social cause issue bs Halala ka mazaq bna dia or showing boring love story

But i am happy audience gave their verdict on both these shows and stopped watching ZPKB and MJ to koi bi ni Dekh raha tha from start except some SM fans.

Why are dialogues written as if its set in previous era

I agree to disagree with you. PKS was an offbeat script, both the ML and FL were on the autism spectrum.
