They didn't say anywhere independent women have help in the kitchen but that in dramas which show initially career-oriented girls, the career takes a backseat and they all end up working in the kitchen only, so they are asking IM to stay on the path of shibra actually doing her css.

I am talking general as I left watching IM so not much idea about it. My only point is that why can't career and kitchen go side by side. Why shibra or any other girl has to leave her Studies/CSS for kitchen/home. If she will have support of her husband, she can manage both of them.
