I guess the scene where meerab said murtasim khan ki biwi ka hukm hai is reshooted. I mean her hair cut looks different. The time she is sitting in the room crying, her hair style is something else and while she walks to the gate her hair cut is changed, and after that when the gate opens and she moves out her hair style is like the one in the room.

I dont know what made murtasim left her at this point after this I know she had may say some hurtful thing you both have shown anger but he should not leave her alone at this condition

The situation would be different he will never let her leave may be she will angry at first but after may be they resolve issues and the poor girl and couple get some rest from all the chaos

I think first he goes to Waqas's house and finds out that Meerab is not there. Then he goes to Saba's house and again finds out that she is not there too. Then he will start searching and during the night he will say to Bakthu to search each and every place.
