In my life I have only seen one cousin marriage and she was an older generation to me. It still feels so weird to me.

Cousin marriages are very common in Pakistan, and are seen as suitable and trustworthy match options due to shared family background. They also help strengthen family ties, and parents feel at ease knowing their children will have support from their aunts and uncles in the future if the need it.

I feel like this is her first time doing such a role, so she is also learning trial and error, she probably doesn’t have the best make up person in town, other heroines do it so much, they have now learned what and how much looks good on them. For e.g. Hania - she really knows what looks good on her and how much. I don’t know how much Yumna chats with others. Like I know Hania is very close to Mahira so I can see both of them chatting about make up vaghera.

I will be honest, no matter how much I have enjoyed Yumna and Wahaj in this show, I don’t want to see them in a show like this again. This kind of OTT drama is frankly not good for them in the long run. Ek typecasting ho jaati hai. Now, I don’t think Danish will be accepted in any other role and Wahaj can do so much better, Zahid Ahmed to me is a Tv actor that has just blown it out of the park. Yumna tou at least we know is a top notch actress. Wahaj must do more variety, Usne apne Aap ko abhi tak puri tarah nichoda nahi hai. Feroze Khan ka kya hua we all know, these type of roles have a way of harming only.

I have to say I agree. In her shows with Zahid, gosh her acting was so top notch. Kabhi laga hi nahi ki she needs make up, her delivery, her restraint in acting just made her so attractive. For that matter even in Ishq e laa, she is in minimal make up, beautiful simple salwar jodas. at no point as a viewer you felt ki Azlan cannot choose her after that beautiful Shanaya. She was just the one meant for him.

I do think Yumna took this role to satisfy that “star” in herself - thoda massy drama, OTT dialogues, bahut saara make up, heavy Jewellery and lehenga shehenge….poor thing, I do feel bad for her. Because it’s kind of backfiring for her. Upar se she just got out of Bhaktawar where Pata nahi make up ke chair pe sirf wig pehne ke liye baithi hogi.

Hats off to her!!!

I get wahaj doing this drama but not yumna. Despite being a good actor he wasn't exactly among the top actors and doing a Wattpad type of character will give him attention from the masses and a strong female fan following. Yumna on the other hand is already counted as one of the top actors and is already loved. She would do just fine even without this drama. Sajal hasn't done any massy dramas for God knows how long and she still has strong star power. Meerab is the kind of character that can be done by just anyone who is pretty to look at and have a decent dialogue delivery skills. Even any of the 9pm lead actresses who are pretty and have decent acting skills could have done the role. Wahaj seems to have good chemistry with almost all his co-stars and all the scenes are ott so people would have gone crazy anyway.

Yumna taking up this role not only backfired but it also proved that she can do over acting and not all roles are her cup of tea. Till this drama i thought she was versatile. She was good with comedy on pyaar ke sadkey and good with intense serious roles as well. But she cannot do larger than life kind of roles like this one.

Yumna looked so good in pyar ke sadqay - make up and outfit wise ( the Kurtis she wore were cool ❤️)normally bhi bo kitni acchi lagti hai real life mai ❤️ but don't know , in tere bin her face looks a little odd . I am her fan , but yeah HAYA 'S Styling is much better 🥴🥴🥴🥴

What is saving her here and the drama here is Wahaj and their chemistry truly 🙂 otherwise , character wise she doesn't look like a glamorous one 😔 Sad but true😥

That something is all the intimate scenes and tashan going on between them. bickering couples with haters to lovers troop are rarely a miss in all movies and dramas universally. Even average actors with this theme manages to grab eyeballs. Everyone would have gone as crazy as now if yumna is replaced with Maya Ali or ramsha khan who are liked with wahaj. I guess people would have gone crazier with Maya since I feel wahaj and Maya look very comfortable with each other in all the offscreen pics i have seen of them.

I liked yumna's wedding look in pyaar ke sadkey esp her jewellery. If i am not wrong she had dark lipstick in that look but looked beautiful. In tere bin none of the dark lipsticks look good on her.

And yumna , look wise is average in front of wahaj . You know , he looks more attractive than her 👍 it may sound weird , but i like the heroine to be less beautiful than the hero . Coz , then it shows that the hero sees beyond her looks and beauty . That for me is more surreal you know 🤩 .
