But he was literally telling her, don’t agree to this… I’ll figure it out… give me a few days. Then she says, no, this is what I want now, in the bedroom scene. I guess, I understand why she wants revenge against the rest of the family. But this guy tried to help her get out of it… it’s just that part that makes no sense?
From whatever I understood I think Meerab considers this marriage as the root cause of all her problems. She was living her life happily. Her adoptive parents were very supportive of her. She wants to pursue LLB and become a lawyer. Marriage was not in her mind. Her problems started after the announcement made by Maa Begum. First, her adoptive father was asking her to agree to the marriage. Then her adoptive mother asked her. They were not understanding that she did not want to marry Murtasim. She tried to escape but was brought back. Then her life's biggest secret was revealed. Then her adoptive parents left her. They did not meet her when she went to meet them. She understood that she was left with no other option than to get married to Murtasim. He asked her for some time but at that point she already came to a conclusion that she had no other option.
She already dislikes Murtasim and this marriage with Murtasim is making her dislike him more.
