He hasn't done any film/TV projects outside Pakistan. And he's not doing a Hollywood movie, he has a role in a Netflix TV show. It will likely be a minor role as well. He's not a good enough actor.

Thanks for the correction. Yes I mean that Netflix show.😳 But he did projects in Canada. . I've seen his posts about a stage play in which he got lots of praise.😳

He did a couple of plays at his University, and a couple with a small start-up theatre company called The Shakespeare Company. It's really nothing to write home about. His PR blew it way out of proportion. It's like if I got a role in my local amateur theatre and won a local amateur award for it, and then went to Pakistan and started telling everyone I'm an award winning Shakespearean actor. It's a misconstrued truth.

Resident Evil will be his first professional non-Pakistani project, and I'm guessing he will have a minor role in it. Indian and Pakistani actors who try to get roles in the US or UK normally get tiny parts. The major roles tend to go to actual American and British Asians.

From what I've read, it seems like Ahad was trying to get work in the US and Canada before he started acting in Pakistan. He wasn't getting any offers, that's why he decided to do a Pakistani drama using his dad's connections.

Sahad looked great in yks and that's it after that they never looked good onscreen be it aangan or be it ya raha dil.

Also the craze was high when yks was on air and everybody cashed on sahad be it sajal ahad or their family members. Fans starting following ahads mom and brother and all. I don't like her mom at all she looks controlling. In Noda show also said ahad will marry the girl which I choose.

I remember how sajal mentioned or interview that ahad wants to marry early because he had a fear of loosing her.

And in all this fans are going mad. I read somewhere that some fan die bevuae she couldn't handle the news.

This is bullshit you can die because of someone else relation. People needs to control their sentiments. Now fans want to know the reason of this split.

Alwo dragging other actresses like Mawra hania. I can't even tell how disgusting comments I have seen regarding with Mawra on gallaxyloolywwod post.

Fans needs to chill and wish them happy future.

I think professionally it will effect ahad career little bit and on personal life it will effect sajal more.

This is completely out of order. No one dies because some random couple split up. Children don’t even die when their parents split up, let alone this. I really don’t understand fan culture, it’s so toxic. Fans need to get a grip and realise that they don’t know these people or have any say in their lives. Nor do any of these actors decisions have an impact on their lives. They need to focus on their own real lives and stop obsessing over celebrities.

I don’t get how Mawra or Hania can have anything to do with someone else’s marriage. So am a bit confused about why people are dragging them into it.

What I will say is that I don’t think Ahad and Sajal have handled the divorce well. They are celebrities, and like you said they did cash-in on their relationship. When the rumours about their breakup started they should have just released a short statement to let people know and stop speculation. Something like: ‘unfortunately we have made the sad and difficult decision to part ways. We ask you to please respect our privacy during this difficult time.’ That’s all they needed to say and it would have stopped a lot of the crazy rumours and speculation. Instead they were both really immature about it. Here’s a rough timeline of how they actually handled it:

1) Ahad’s mother stopped following Sajal (was that really necessary?)

2) A picture came out of Ahad with a white girl

3) Sajal posted an Instagram story talking about ‘home wrecking whores”

4) Ahad completely ignored Sajal’s projects

5) Sajal does an interview talking about how much Ahad loves her, and says he’s not been with her because he’s currently not in Pakistan

6) On the same day Ahad is spotted in Pakistan

7) Ahad didn’t turn up to Saboor’s wedding. Instead he’s pictured at a friends wedding in Dubai.

8) Sajal reverts to her maiden name

9) It’s confirmed they’re divorced.

So they do need to shoulder some of the blame for all the speculation around their divorce. The way they handled it made it seem as though they had a very messy break-up and Ahad had an affair. Like I said, this could have been avoided if they released a short statement and didn’t do any of the other messy things they did.

It was a thriller so I enjoyed it, locations were also good but the ending sucked
