Yes, I think the writer is trying to show that even though Farhad and Mahi will lead a loveless life, they will be sources/medium to unit true lovers and find happiness for them

Farhad-Mahi are truly innocent yaar, they also deserve love, nahi milega kabhi bhi 😭

Yes, since it is a tragedy, someone will die, and whoever dies, be it Farhad or Mahi, it will only mean Farhad's all these dua went useless because his ending is sad, pata nahi kya chahta hai writer

I remember mentioning this some few episodes back during the train scenes I think .. that she will be the one to lead him on this path .. woh ek zariya banegi .. How was left to be seen .. Maybe what you are predicting / interpreting / analyzing might be the way ..👏
