I didnt follow his dramas before KAM so I have no idea if he got fame from KAM or he was already famous before it. But he does have some other popular shows like MZZB and MNYH (MNYH even aired on Star Plus so he got famous in India too)

Personally I feel all his fame is due to his good looks. He is not the best in acting

I was not familiar with Pak dramas when KAM 1 aired, so I have no idea about its popularity. This was the drama which got me into watching Pak dramas. So that drama will always be special for me. This new one might be more popular, I am not sure. I do know that Feroz and Iqra def have a bigger fandom than Imran and Sadia did and they are better actors too possibly thats played a part in making this drama more popular than the first one if it is.

Jab iss show ka OST aaya tha I remember everyone bashing it saying that they ruined the original OST. Ab yeh better hogaya?😲

Reviews ka I dont know. Never follow them and not interested😆

I only started watching this drama because of the KAM title/element to it, warna I wouldnt have even giuven it a chance and maybe only watched after it finished. I am only frustrated because its nothing like I expected it to be. Chalo even if it was based on Abdullah novel like the writer had claimed I would understand, yahan to sab kuch hi different kar diya. I wasted 4 months readinng that novel just for this drama par kya faida🤔

Anyway, will still watch for Feroze because I love him

Yeah I feel the popularity is mainly due to the predecessors raising the bar so high. Otherwise they will air it with a different name. They wanted to cash in the popularity of kam1 and 2.

The ost ofnkam3 is ok, I haven't got hooked to it like I did with others..like..fitoor ka ost is really nice , I love it, although the drama is meh now. Kam2 ka ost was wonderful.. mera Jeena ibadat hai mera Marna mohabbat hai❤ the heroine singing these.lines and she actually died that way..the moment she felt love for hammad she died , wo bhi in epi 13.... Vaise I wanted to ask this , after she died hammad gets a letter from her , what did it say? The audio was muted in the episode.. ye youtube bhi

I am sorry I cant help you because I watched it so long ago. I dont remember what the letter said😭it was the letter which she wrote before she got sick, I think they showed it in one of the previous episodes. I will try to find it.

Btw if you are interested, the novel of this is translated in English

Yeah I loved the original OST but I felt the female part does not fit with the story of KAM3. They just added it in for the sake of it. They couldve kept Rahats part only or just kept the original OST changing some lyrics

I know yaar, that the fans of KAM1 would definitely compare and I am not saying it is wrong, but if you compare you will always find lacking and wouldn't be enjoy the show for what it is now. Also, yes having the same title was probably a business minded decision by the makers. And in this case, everything worked in their favor only.

I do not know who bashed the OST of KAM3, but it was the OST which i first saw even before I saw the teasers, and I found it beautiful, then I felt that the lead actor looks intense in majnu halat, kon hai ye, then I saw his Wikipedia😆. My friend suggested me to watch Khaani first and I binge watched Khaani and I was wondering that how come I did not know that an actor like him was there in Pakistan, later on started KAM3.

There are so many debates about this show and it is just the 12 episode now, I wonder show khatam hotey hotey kya bhuchaal ayega

Yes, the initial out bursts after the promo and then the excitement just elevated by 10 folds I think. Twitter was so crazy after the promo was out, I think the way they edited the promo was a masterstroke, the dialogues, the echo of his voice and the maula mere in the bg, it just riled up people with so much interest.

He indeed was such a silly and foolish boy yaar, matlab koi usko bolta ke suraj pashchim se ugega shayad woh bhi maan leta, I liked how they build up the character showing how naive and dumb he was, khudka koi dimag shayad tha hi nahi
