Physical violence is promoted mostly in ARY I think they go extreme while showing Social issues shows especially. Take shows like Kaisa Hai Naseeban, Chup Raho for example sometimes it hard to watch those scenes of man beating their wives.

thats what i mean...slowly all this physical stuff is becoming so casual and soon it will be just a norm like holding hands lol...

Ramsha said that the trailers are misleading and the drama focuses on an issue that's kind of a taboo but happens socially. And that the team is kind of afraid about the response that this will get. And I got the impression that she said that the initial title reveals more about the drama.

I know a lot of actors lie in these sorts of interviews, but I kind of believe her this time.

I hate watching ARY's dramas of those social issues and taboos .

Even if a man manhandles a woman, or touches her inapporpriately without her consent even then you would not want her to raise her hands on the guy, even self defence is not allowed coz you are against physical violence 😛

I watched Ramsha's part of the interview where she spoke about the show

1. It is a dark comedy

2. There is no Rona dhona (only in realistic conditions)

3. Her character is extremely blunt

These are the points I liked

Then she talked about the plot which makes me wonder what the plot is ! It made me apprehensive.

As per her it deals with some taboo, if people are able to understand it then good and if not then they can receive criticism !

What kind of taboo was she talking about ?

Will she really get married to 4 different men? If yes then how and why ! Getting married to 4 different men seems like a really bold topic plus controversial as well.

Anyway whatever be the case I hope writers have handled the concept and script well coz otherwise it might become controversial for all we know

I mean, I don't know the ruling on it, but I would think you can't do halala twice to marry the same man, lol. It goes against the spirit of halala which is to make people be serious about divorce. Maybe a wedding gets cancelled or something?

They haven't mentioned any other "hero-type" male actors, right? That's why I wondered about remarriage rather than her marrying four different men like Dilruba. Also it would be disppointing if the Wahaj/Ramsha pair gets disposed of early on since we know he's playing her "first" husband.

I'm still hopeful about this and hope it won't be a typical ARY social issue drama, but lets see.

Coz as per the reports only Wahaj is the male lead and there are no other important male lead characters in the show.

So, how, why and with whom exactly will these 4 weddings happen

Also I am unaware about Halalal tradition

I am curious to know what exactly is the plot. I hope it will be something interesting and Not utterly controversial and disappointing

Exactly! They can hide maybe one less known actor who briefly marries her before he disappears again, but they can't do it for more. And legally, she can't remarry Wahaj's character after a divorce unless she's been married to someone else in between (the halala).

And this doesn't seem like a mental health issue drama, I don't think?

Do we know what this is replacing? It's got to either be Ishqiya or Mera Dil Mera Dushman? I can't think of any other drama that's been on for very long?

Plus no this is definitely not about mental illness

One thing is sure there are no other male leads. Maybe koi small cameo ho but apart from that no other male leads

I don't have an idea but I think Ramsha in her interview said that it is NOT replacing Ishqiya

Let's see

If Wahaj gives her one talaq , and she completes her iddat (period) then they remarry , and the same thing happens again.. it will make them 3 marriages only. So the fourth one has to be for halala.😒 Then a fifth marriage will be with Wahaj. And this makes them 5 not four marriages, if my theory is right.
