I thought this was a comedy show with slight grey shades in the Feeke character's form. But the nice, likable Sunny will maim Ushana by thowing acid at her? That sounds way too serious. This is my newfound beef with Urdu shows: they refuse to play out as simple romances. The writers feel compelled to create a tragedy or social drama which is starting to grow tiring for me as a viewer. Jeez. Still, I am glad Ushana is being appreciated. I was a bit annoyed at Faisal Qureshi's wife for signaling her out as an awful actress. I thought she was never bad, just needed the right roles and direction to shine.PS: The devil in me thinks FQ's wife was threatened by Ushana as she was quite stunning in Basher Momin and looked well opposite FQ :-)
It is not just FQ's wife. many ppl think Ushnah is a bad actress. đ I was stunned by her breathless act in BM..thinking that she is overacting. đ but yes. her chemistry with FQ was amazing. âď¸
Now ..as you said she chose different roles here, and in Alif Allah... she is improving and shining . đ
