It is a soap. I checked it on Naseebon Jali's fb page. Yes Arslan is too hot. I think his character's name here is Shazil. He kept posting his pics in this serial on his fb and insta since the past few months.

Mohabbat Mushkil Hai last episode will air on Friday 15 Sep. Naseebon Jali will start from Monday 18 Sep. maybe.😊
