I always thought it was that you are only given one life, from Allah, It is an "amanat" and you have to live with that one life. Not if this, if that. you have only one life and that is it. whatever you do or your actions, they all have consequences 😕

Tahzeeb was perfect example of passive aggressive. There is not a single thing she tried and compromised. She won't last if she was with saher's in laws That gal had very understanding family

She didn't get Seher's bad in laws because she and her mom keep doing prayers and duas. 😃 in fact Tehzeeb faced lots of unrespect from her hubby. and she behaved politly. if Seher was in her place she would've give an eye for an eye. 😊

Tahjeeb is polite stubborn. She was imposing her belief on Sarosh.

She was not doing any adjustment instead Sarosh was the one doing sacrifices.

When a girl get married she comes with her beliefs but to get a happy married life both need to do sacrifices and both need to adopt each other life style. I'm not saying that Tahjeeb should wear all those small clothes or give up her praying but she need to do something what Sarosh wants too. e.g, going for work in their own office. Or buy some pretty suits.

my eyes are tired of her flat one colour dopattas..😳

So you mean to say that all those people who undergo bad things don't do prayers and duas? 😕

I don't think Tehzeeb faced any disrespect from her hubby or her in-laws family for that matter...Her hubby came from a totally different background and obviously took some to understand her but he did understand her and was accepting of her through out...But what did she do for her husband and his family? You think making coffee and cooking for them is what they wanted from her? She didn't budge even a single inch from where she was...It was her beautiful in-laws who came to accept her like how she is (which is how it should be as no one should try to change someone except themselves)

And also why do you think giving an eye for an eye is wrong? It may not exactly be the most tactful thing to do, but if someone is giving a daughter-in-law(or a daughter/son/mother/father/sister/brother/mother-in-law/father-in-law etc) hell, I would like to see her throw it all back in their faces rather than take it on her own chin!

@CF. Tehzeeb was ignored totally by Sarosh for weeks. He shouted at her when he thought that she didn't take care of his mom. also his mom refused her help and ignored her in the hospital. yet she kept silent and kept caring for her inlaws until they realize her worth.

Seher didn't try to please her in laws ..(well. I skipped their scenes so correct me if I am wrong) But I didn't see Seher even trying to do something for them. first she has work. then she kept going to her parents' house.

Still Tehzeeb knows that her in-laws are not bad people so it was easy for her to hang around and stick to her faith...I don't think she was trying to please them or anything...But Seher had no such positive experience from her in-laws except her husband who deserved so much better than what he got...How can we forget how his own mom drugged him to keep him away from his wife?🤢...The only wrong thing Seher did was listening to her mom but the pressure was too much on that poor girl and even though she didn't listen to her mom initially, eventually she did give in!

i just saw this so i'm replying now.. you're right, thats what amanat is but i was taking it in context to what they were showing in this show... in the beginning thats all the mom was saying and in the end even the selfish mom is crying about how unfair she was and and all that..And technically we have 2 lives... the second one is when we are returned to our creator (as his amanat) and get rewarded-in a way- for our actions from our first life
