lock up scene. Emotional situation between Palak and Daksh. Palak tells Daksh that she will tell the truth to everyone that he is innocent. Ck walks out from there in anger. Daksh tries to make her understand the situation and asks her to keep quite, but Palak leaves from there without waiting for him to complete his efforts. Situation gets worse when Ck tells that Daksh has taken up the charges on his shoulder. Ck is unhappy with this so he blames Palak for all this. Sushma tries to stop him; Aditya asks him to stop putting allegation on her daughter. Aditya and Ck come down to fight. Sushma breaks down, Ck cries helplessly and dada comforts him. Apara and Aditya comforts Palak, they ask her to keep quite about her guilt. Palak breaks down and tells her parents that she can't do that. Emotional scene between Sushma and Ck. Ck cries remembering the childhood days of their sons. Keshvi comes to Gia's her room and warns her to leave the house, because her game is not going to continue for longer. Gia wonders why she is feeling sad for Daksh. Daksh gets angry on the cops and holds one of them by neck, when they start making fun of his affair with Palak. Ck is irritated with the newspaper the way they are portraying the entire case. Dada comforts him saying that they have appointed the best lawyer. Sushma too insist to come to the court. Palak too get ready to go to the court, before that she prays to the God. Both the families reach at the court. In the court the Judge says the case is very simple because the guilty has confessed his guilt and he has also crossed the moral values by trying to have an affair with his sister- in- law. Palak couldn't tolerate all this and opens her mouth that she is the murderer. All are shocked.

Sushma feels dizzy by the shock. Dadi takes her home. The contradictory statements by Daksh and Palak confuse judge. The lawyer tells him that he has the evidences, which will prove that who is the actual murderer. Palak is shocked to see Daksh's cap in lawyer's hand, where as she is well aware that, that day Daksh was not wearing the cap. In insert scenes it is shown how Daksh plants clues like cap, cigarette butt, and rope. The judge gives the next date for hearing, Cops takes Daksh away. Palak sees Daksh out side the court and she confronts him for planting all the evidences by himself. Later she breaks down. Gia is going through a different feeling for all that is happening. She tells herself that she has nothing to do with what is happening. She is only interested in money. Dadi comes there and ties the taveez and tells her that it will protect her suhaag. Sushma goes out without informing Ck, whereas he was there in the room. So he gets upset. Palak comes to the lock up to meet Daksh. Gia comes there when they were involved in a talk. She at first confuses them with her negative attitude by asking Palak to confess in front of the judge and free Daksh from punishment. Later she tells them that they are really very good people and she will always wish good for them. Palak and Daksh feel bad to try an escape after committing a crime. Dada and Dadi share the moments they spent with Daksh and Pranjal when they used to trouble them in their childhood. Palak cries and tells her mother that Daksh will be punished for the crime that she has committed. Sushma is in stress, Doctor tells that she has to relax. Manjula and Bua talk about SA RE GA MA Final to lighten the atmosphere they ask Sushma, whom she supports Vinit or Debojit. Sushma breaks into tears saying both are her sons and she equally loves them. Dada tells that Daksh has not left any loophole for his escape, Ck is still against Palak, and he feels Palak is responsible for everything. The lawyer says there is one way out if they find the real weapon through which Pranjal has been murdered they can save Daksh. Palak tells her parents that her time has come to go, at the same time cops come to arrest her. Apara and Aditya are shocked to see them.

Aapra says cops cannot take Palak. Inspector answers they have arrest warrant and they have found gun with Palak's fingerprints on it. Aditya objects but Inspector arrests Palak. In court, prosecution lawyer shows gun and fingerprints report. Theres no defence lawyer for Daksh, judge asks for it but Daksh replies he don't need any lawyer and he'll accept any punishment given by court. Palak is shocked. Aapra enters court with as Palak and Daksh's defence lawyer. Aapra questions Ck about Pranjal and Palak and their sour relationship. She tells whole story of torture and rape and conclude saying Pranjl was killed in self defence. CK fires Aapra ou of court. He tells Daksh that Palak will be free and he'll get punishment. Daksh replies he is repenting for Pranjal's wrong deeds. Here, Dadi prays to God to save Palak and Daksh, Sushma enters. Dadi asks her to rest but she replies she has to do something. Dadi says Daksh will be free but Palak will be jailed. Sushma thinks she has to save both. She decides to go court. In court prosecution lawyer asks judge to punish both Palak and Daksh but Aapra objects that to prove guilty they should have some proof and motive. Sushma is struck in traffic jam. She starts walking but she faints on road. Dadi comes in search of Sushma and happen to see her on road and she takes Sushma with her. Prosecution lawyer says that Daksh has motive to kill Prnjal. Daksh objects and tells how he was kidnapped by Pranjal and tortured also. Sushma asks Dadi to take her o court. Judge was about to tell the verdict but Sushma comes and interrupts. Sushma says Pranjal was not killed by Palak and Daksh. Judge asks her to tell clearly. Sushma tells she is the one who killed Pranjal. All are confused and shocked.

The entire episode is the confession of Sushma about her crime, her findings and the things that forced her to commit the crime like murdering her own darling son. The reactions of the family, Media and others. In her narration she also expresses her realization about Daksh and Palak's sacrifice of their love to retain the values and peace of the family. CK is totally out of his mind, he blames Palak for all this and he put ban on Palak and Daksh on entering his house. Sushma confesses her guilty and hands over the gun to the judge by which she had shot Pranjal. The court sets free Daksh and Palak from the charges of murder, and sentences Sushma, life imprisonment. The cops take Sushma away and everyone tearfully bids her farewell.

28 February 2006, Tuesday

CK tells Daksh and Palak that he has broken all relations with them. Cops escorts Sushma to van, all are emotional and crying. Sushma imagines Pranjal. He tells Sushma that his soul with rest in peace and he'll get moksh because he died with his mothers hand and for his wrong deeds. Sushma tells as he is repenting, he'll get moksh. At home, Ck locks himself in room. Daksh tries to talk with him but he scolds Daksh saying he has killed Pranjal and he should be happy now. Daksh feels low but Jia consoles him. Maa is happy and tells now Jagirdar family will finish soon and her sister's soul will rest forever. Keshavi comes, Maa tells her that she is happy with Keshavi's work. Maa adds that now Daksh and Keshavi will be together. Nest day, Daskh again tries to talk with CK but he says everyone in this family has killed Pranjal. Dadi tells why is saying all this to his family. CK says this is not his family now. Keshavi thinks she should console Daksh but Jia comes and tells him to be strong. Sushma is in jail. She remembers happy days with Pranjal. At same time she remembers moment she killed Pranjal. Sushma faints. Palak and Daksh are in hospital. Palak tells this is all because of her , Daksh says it not her fault. Doctor comes and tells Sushma had high BP so she fainted now sh is alright. Daksh tells Aapra that they should appeal in High Court. But Aapra tells him that 99 % case is against Sushma. Daksh tries to convince Aapra by telling theres chance of 1% and it is hard to believe mother killed son. Aapra agrees to re-open the case. Daksh informs Dadi about re-opening of case. Dadi is crying and tells that they are unable to find CK. Daksh goes to police sation where they find CK. CK asks Sushma for divorce. Daksh tells him that Sushma is in state of shock and she'll be not able to take up divorce things. CK in anger tells he has ended all relations with Sushma. Daksh tells he has appealed in High Court and he'll prove Sushma is not guilty. Ck tells now no one will be able to free Sushma. He tells to Daksh he'll lose because now he is fighting against him(CK).

01 March 2006, Wednesday

CK asks Daksh if he supports Palak than from now they are not father and son. Palak tells Daksh that CK needs him. Aditya asks Palak to forget everything and move ahead life. He explains she is not responsible for Pranjal's death. Aditya also asks her to forget Daksh. Palak promises that she'll forget Daksh and she'll also get get Sushma out of jail. Daksh tells Jia that he is not able to do anything for his family. Jia make him understand time and situations are not in anyone's hand. While listening Daksh sleeps. Jia thinks she is not able to tell Daksh that she is with him because she does not much time she'll stay with Daskh. Keshavi sees Jia-Daksh together and thinks Jia to enjoy now as Maa will soon take over Jagirdar House. Maa meets Sushma in jail and taunts her. Maa tells before dying Pranjal has given all property to her. Maa also tells she runs many illegal business in name of Jagirdars. At home, Dadaji asks Daksh to get all details of last transactions of company done by Pranjal. Daksh is confused and asks why he wants details. Dadaji tells because all recent transactions made by Pranjal is under one name ie Maa Apoornananda. Daksh is shocked. Maa comes to Jagirdar House. Palak takes Inspector Kabir to some place and says this is same place from where Maa operates. Maa tells everyone that Pranjjal has transferred all property to her. Now Jagirdar House and business are of Maa. Here, Palak gets file and realize Pranjal has given house and business to Maa. She takes that paper and gives rest of file to Inspector as proof against Maa. Inspector tells Palak that they have found drugs and some girls which Maa used to expoilt. Maa is telling everyone to leaves Jagirdar House in 2 days. Palak enters and tells Maa that everything is over. Maa proudly says no one can touch her as she rules the world. Inspector comes and arrests Maa. Palak gives property papers to CK but CK avoids Palak.

02 March 2006, Thursday

Dadi thanks Palak for whatever she has done for their family. When Palak is leaving Dadi comes and says they are lucky for getting Palak as bahu. Palak says time has changed and relations also.but Dadaji insists Palak and he takes her to CK. Dadaji asks CK to forgive Palak but CK says he'll not forgive Palak and not allow her to live in their house. CK says that he has made mistake that they made Palak their bahu. Palak gets emotional and says she had made mistake in thinking Jagirdar House and their people her own. Daskh stops Palak and asks why is she ignoring him. Palak replies that their roads are different now and her sole aim is to get Sushma out of jail. Keshavi comes and taunts Palak that now Pranjal is dead than also Palak and Daksh are not one. Palak meets Sushma in jail. She is shocked because Sushma is asking for Pranjal. Sushma asks weird questions to Palak about Pranjal. Palak is crying on seeing Sushma's condition. Palak again curse herself for everything. Palak gets flashes of Sushma's confession, CK's offer for divorce and Sushma asking for Pranjal. Daksh is drinking in bar and thinks why all this happen to him. Whenever he love someone they leave him. Now, Palak has also left him alone. Daksh comes to Palak's house. He asks for Palak but Aapra and Aditya does not allow him to meet Palak. Daksh is banging the door but Palak does not open the door. Aditya and Aapra make him understand to leave Palak alone. Aditya asks his driver to leave Daksh home. Palak comes out and asks for Daksh. Aditya asks her to remember her promise, Palak says she is not able to forget Daksh. Palak remembers good times in Jagirdar house. Jia calls Palak and says Daksh has not reached home. Palak is shocked and says she'll find Daksh. Palak asks her driver wheres Daksh, he replies he has dropped Daksh to hotel. Palak asks him to take her to hotel. Palak is not able to find Daksh. She sees CK and thinks what is he doing here in midnight and comes to conclusion maybe he is here to find Daksh, she follows CK. CK hugs woman (face not seen). Palak is shocked to see and thinks who is this woman with CK.

03 March 2006, Friday

CK with that woman goes to hotel room. Palak inquires about woman at reception. But receptionist denies to give any information about their clients. Palak gets a chance to see in computer and she reads "Miss Mohini", she is shocked. Palak thinks CK has Sushma in life that who is Mohini. Palak finds Daksh drunk and she takes him home. Dadaji asks what happen to him, she replies that Daksh is not well. Palak thinks she should tell about Mohini and CK but she is not able to tell. She asks about CK, Dadaji says he don't talk with them and lives isolated, he adds time will heal all problem. Aapra asks Palak where was she, she replies she has found Daksh and many other things. Palak asks Aapra what she doing nite. Aapra answers she was studying Sushma's case to find loophole. Aapra and Aditya feels Palak is disturb but Palak ignores their questions. Jia takes care of Daksh. Jia thinks she is getting close to Daksh. Next morning, Aapra tells Palak that she has found loophole in Sushma's case, Palak is happy. Palak goes to meet Sushma in jail, she is not able find her. Palak asks constable, she replies Sushma has gone mad do they have taken her to mental hospital. Palak goes to mental hospital. She asks doctor about Sushma. She sees Sushma in bad state playing with doll. Palak goes to Jagirdar house and says in anger that they don't care about Sushma and she has become mad. All are shocked to hear this. Dadaji says Sushma is in jail. Palak fires who care Sushma is in jail or mental hospital. Palak says emotional dialogue about Sushma. She tells CK person who is don't uderstand his wife has no right to have relations. CK backfires mother who killed his own son is not a true mother. Palak says Suhsma has gone through much pain while killing Pranjal. CK asks Palak to get out. Palak again insults CK. Daksh hears it and he is very angry. He says how dare Palak says all this to CK and he asks Palak to get out.

06 March 2006, Monday

Daksh says to Palak don't speak a word and get out from here. Dadi tells Daksh why he spoke to Palak like this, he says he know what he did and it was their responsibility to stop Palak from insulting CK. Buaji says Palak was telling the truth and truth is always bad to hear. Doctor calls Jagirdar House and inform them that Sushma is in mental asylum. Daskh meets Sushma in asylum. She was staring Daksh strangely. She asks Daksh how is he and Daksh asks the same. She replies (madly) she is fine and she is here for some test and not to tell CK anything. Daksh is shocked when Sushma refer him as Pranjal and asks him where is hiis wife Palak. She is speaking strange things like Palak is good girl and he should take care of her. Daksh leaves from there and asks Doctor what exactly happen to Sushma. Doctor explain that Sushma has lost mental balance and she has set her own world in which she lives. Daksh and Palak come face to face. Palak asks Buaji was CK there to meet Sushma and Bauji says no, she adds whole family is shattered and no one is together. Palak says she is with them. Hearing this Bauji says she was always wrong about Palak and Palak was always nice to herand no one can get bahu like Palak, the way she cares about family she takes care of Sushma is like daughter. Dadi and Dadaji takes class of CK. They asks why is he not going to meet Sushma. Dadi explains how Palak care for Sushma and Ck as husband don't do anything for her. Dadi asks Daksh to say sorry to Palak for his misbehavior. Aapra asks Palak to forget everything about today's incident. Palak says if she had talk with Daksh than she definitely told him about Ck and Mohini. Aapra says its not good to tell everything to him now. Daksh gets flashes of Palak and Sushma. Daksh feels he should'nt have behave like this with Palak. Jia asks him to say sorry to Palak. Daksh calls Palak but Palak cuts his call. In hospital, Palak ignores Daksh but Jia tells Palak that it was just misunderstanding between them as Daksh heard something wrong Palak was saying to CK. Palak stops her and asks her not to give any excuse as nothing is left between them. Jia asks than why is she here. Palak replies she is bahu of Sushma and more than that she is daughter of her. Palak meets Sushma. Sushma says she was waiting for her and she wants to go home with her. She asks Pranjal will take her home. She asks many questions about Pranjal but Palak ignores it. Sushma says she knows that Pranjal is angry with her but soon he'll be fine. She ses Daksh and thinks of Pranjal. She is talking to Daksh as Pranjal. She asks him to forget everything and to start a new life. Sushma tells she wants to hear good news from Panjal(Daksh) and Palak. She meant she want a grand child. Both are shoked to hear this. Freeze
