My dear Ambi, just went away for the weekend and saw half the novel done.Had an enjoyable time reading the Tanglish loudly to make it meaningful for me.
This is what i found interesting:
*Sanju as an eighth grader yearning for attention from the one she is attracted to.
* bashful young love with the pain which only they can feel.
*the transition of a young girl in love - from the boisterous to the quiet and keeping to oneself.
*Ambi,you would make a great teenagers' counsellor since you can empathise with them.
* a young girl's confusion over priorities
* Raja, though a student himself seems matured beyond his years
* the smart decision to wait for 5 years
* the visible change in both of them after 5 years especially in the emotionally developed Sanju.
* thrilling suspense built up
AND THE LONG AWAITED CHAPTER 14 - BLANK??
