Vivaan Bathena aka Samrat Singh Shekhawat, who plays an air force officer in Choona Hai Aasman, got the scare of his life when he was almost attacked by a Cobra.
Recollecting the horrific incident Vivaan says, "We were shooting in Film City, Mumbai recently when I and my co-actors bumped into a snake charmer. The moment he (snake charmer) opened the basket, the snake headed towards me with its fangs open. At one point, he attacked our camera. I always feared reptiles. At the IIFA awards, I held on to an Annaconda and a Python however, here I was facing a Cobra."
Vivan laughingly adds that he has learnt a valuable lesson. "If you keep spraying water on its head, the snake tends to remain calm," he says.
Spraying water may calm the serpent but it's unlikely that such an act would eradicate Vivaan's reptile phobia!
