HELP PLEASE HELP!!

I am new to this forum. I am afraid that this monday i would not be able to watch remote control nor its repeat telecasts. My cable operator has blacked out 9x. I request the forum members to help me by posting written update of that episode. I would not be able to see video update as my internet works on low speed. Pls help me.
