Flashback :It's on the night before the day when Karthik-Sumathi marriage is to be held.
Karthik spills out the truth that he loves a girl named Raji and not interested in that marriage.
Elderly person asks him to bring the girl right away, if not his marriage with their girl will happen for sure next day..
Karthik's parents lock themselves in a room as their son insulted them and couldn't face others.
Karthik and his friends are confused as what to do in that situation.
Lakshmi has gone to bring Raji there to convince Raji to come saying something.
As the time goes on, Karthik and his friends lost hope that Raji would come.
While in confused state, Karthik noticed that Vishnu and Madhan are missing.After some time, Vishnu comes in his car and Angel gets down from it dressed up in a saree...
Everyone says that it's just to act and to stop that wedding..
Karthik is not convinced, when asked if he is afraid if Angel would play with this later, Karthik denied that he knows Angel very well...
Simply due to compulsion, Karthik was forced to tie the Thaali on Angel..
Karthik's parents who were in the room got to know about this only later...
Karthik felt bad, but thanked Angel for this...
As the problem there got settled, Karthik asked Vishnu to drop Angel at her home safely..Angel said that she would remove the Thaali after going home ..
Karthik stands disappointed that Raji didn't turn up knowing that he is in trouble..
As the problem there solved, they called Lakshmi and said that marriage is stopped somehow..
