is this the way teams are formed. ? ofcourse Vichu said..'set up ur own team'.. but allocation process will be like.. select those who are in BENCH with ample experience, few freshers without any project... if they need any specific talented person.. it shud move via PM only... they wud be approached.. if they say that member can't be released from their team... others have to drop that idea... or have to move with their senior managers.. here it cud be Vichu..
