Day 8
Vrinda got a call so woke up. After speaking with the caller, she hurriedly left the bedroom and when she entered the living room her face lit up with a smile. Nisha and Kabir were sleeping on the floor hugging each other. Vrinda left form there.
Nisha woke up in 15 minutes and saw that Kabir was hugging her so tightly, that if she moved a muscle he would wake up. But waking Kabir was the last thing in her mind because he was looking so innocent in his sleep that Nisha planted a soft kiss on his forehead.
She realized what she did and was startled. She tried to remove Kabir's arms which were wrapped around her but he woke up. He let her go. Nisha hurriedly rushed in the washroom and splashed water on her face. She couldn't understand why she kissed him.
She suddenly heard Kabir screaming outside the washroom, "Washroom mein so gayi kya? Jaldi kar... warna late ho jaayenge." Nisha got ready and then Kabir went to freshen up. After some time they left for the studio.
*VSR Studios*
Her mind was so caught up with the morning incident that she forgot about Vrinda. She couldn't ask about her infront of everyone so she texted him, "Vrinda kab gayi?"
Kabir- Subah, tere uthne se pehle... actually, uske visa mein kuch problems hue the, so she had to catch the first flight and leave for Australia...
The whole day was very busy. Nisha was busy with the shoots and Kabir with the rehearsals. Umesh had invited all of them to attend his cousin's engagement so Nisha and Kirti had gone to Dolly's house and Saurav, Sukku and Kabir to Sukku's house
*Dolly's house*
Kirti- Nisha, tu yeh white gown pehen le, bahut pretty lagega...
Nisha gave the gown a mere glance and nodded in a no.
Dolly- Pink?
Kirti- Nahi, blue... Blue toh Kabir ka favorite color hai...
Dolly- Par pink toh Nisha ka favorite color hai...
Kirti-(louder) Blue...
Dolly-(more louder) Pink...
Kirti was about to say something but shut her mouth when she heard Nisha scream.
Nisha-SHUT UP!(calming down) Ho gaya? Main kuch bolu?
Kirti- Nahi, bas itna bata ki tu yeh hi gown pehengi...
Nisha- Main party mein nahi aa rai hoon...
Kirti and Dolly- (shocked) Kya?
Nisha- You know I hate parties...
Kirti- Par it's Umesh's cousin's engagement yaar...
Nisha- Main apne khud ke engagement mein bhi nahi jaaungi... Ab khush?
Kirti- Par tu toh ready ho gayi thi naa?
Nisha- Tum logo ne sirf itna kaha ki Dolly ke ghar chalte hai, wahin pe ready ho jaayenge...Yeh todhi na mention kiya ki mere liye gown select karte-karte ladoge?
Dolly- Yaar, please Nishu...
Kirti- (making baby faces) Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please...
Nisha looked at her two friends. They really wanted her to join them for the party and she could never say no to her friends.
Nisha- Fine. Par main pink gown pehenugi...
Dolly smiled and handed her the dress.
*After 2 hours*
All were ready and the guys were outside the party venue which was a 5 star hotel.
Kabir- yaar, aisa lag hi nahi raha hai ki yahaan koi party hai...
Sukku-(surprised) Haan yaar, par yeh girls kahan reh gayi?
Suddenly a car entered the parking lot and the driver's seat opened with Kirti stepping out. She had worn a purple gown. Then Dolly stepped out, making Saurav get lost in her beauy. Kabir's excitement doubled as the back seat's door opened.
His jaw fell down and eyes widened as Nisha stepped out of the car, dressed in a pink gown. He stared at her. Nisha looked at him and was admiring him. They both were lost in each other.
Sukku nudged Kirti, Saurav and Dolly. They smiled looking at the couple and left from there. Nisha tucked some hair strands behind her ear and walked towards Kabir. Kabir's heartbeat was now faster. His breathing hitched.
"Excuse me, Mam, sir" They looked in left direction. A man stood there with a big smile on his face.
Man- I am the manager of this hotel. Mr. Kabir and Miss Nisha, am I right?
They nodded in a yes.
Manager- Then this way, please...
They followed the manager. Finally the manager stooped and pointed towards a table decorated with red roses.
Manager- A beautifully reserved table, for your first date
Nisha and Kabir gave each other confused looks.
Kabir- (in mind) Yeh sab chal kya raha hai? Date? Table? Where is the party? Kahin yeh Nisha ne toh... (He looked at the girl standing next to him, not knowing that she too had similar thoughts in her mind.)
The manage tapped Kabir on his shoulder. He nodded and pulled out a chair. Nisha sat and then Kabir settled. The manager left.
Nisha- Kabir, what it this?
Kabir- Wahin toh main kehna chahta hoon, what is this Nisha?
Nisha-(angrily) Mujhe kya pata?
Kabir- Dekh Nisha, main bilkul timepass ke mood mein nahi hoon...
Nisha was about to speak further, when her mobile rang. It was Saurav. She recived the call.
Saurav- Nisha, yeh date na, Kabir ka idea nahi, Kirti ka idea tha...
Nisha- (shocked) Kya???
Kabir was confused. Ab iss Saurav ne kya gadbad ki hai...
Saurav-
*Flashback*
Kirti- Yaar guys, Nisha aur Kabir peechle ek hafte se date par nahi gaye hai...
Saurav- That's their personal matter naa?
Umesh- Haan, par inn dino itna kuch chal raha hai, unn dono ko ek saath time hi nahi milta...
Sukku- Hey, you know what? Hum unke liye aaj hi ek surprise date plan karte ha, what say?
Kirti-(happily) Cool idea, dude...
They hi-5ed.
Dolly-Guys, sirf ek haftahua hai... They need some time yaar...
Kirti- What time yaar, ek hafte se date kar rahe hai...
Saurav- Wahin toh...
Kirti- Aur ek doosre se itna pyaar karte hai...
Saurav- I know par...
Kirti- (interrupting him) No par-war, hum unke liye ek surprise date plan karenge...
*Flashback ends*
Nisha face palmed.
Saurav- Humne tumse party ke baare mein jhoot kaha tha... Chal, I need to go, agar kisiko pata chal gaya ki I have told you guys, toh mujhe jaan se maar denge...
He hanged the call. Nisha told Kabir everything and he too face palmed.
Nisha- Chal, let's leave...
Kabir- Aur agar manager ne Kirti ko bata diya toh, kal bhi kuch aisa hi face karna padega... Lets behave as if we are couple...
After having a lavish dinner, thanks to Umesh Mehra and his excellent taste in food, they were just talking about the turn of events. It was all awkward for them but they knew to minimize the awkwardness, their usual nok-jhok could help them. Suddenly, the DJ invited all the couples in the restaurant for a dance.
DJ- Waise toh aaj kuch khaas nahi hai, par I feel love in the air, and to celebrate this love, let's play a game... har couple ko ek paper diya jaayenga, and you have to dance on the paper. But you can't step out of it... Then after some time the music will stop and you have to fold the paper again... Aisa tab tak chalega jab tak ek couple jeet nahi jaata... Are we clear? The couples interested please step forward.
4 couples stepped forward. Nisha was hesitant but she joined Kabir when he forwarded his hand and looked at her expectantly.
Kabir- Bahut dance karne ka shauk hai na? Chal aa ja, dance karte hai...
Nisha blushed as she remembered their dance in studio.
All were given papers by the volunteer and when all were ready the music started.

A couple was disqualified. The boys bent down and folded the paper. Nisha looked at the paper uncomfortably as it was very small. Kabir understood what was going on in her mind and tried to step on the paper. Nisha tried to steps on his feet but lost balance and was about to fall backwards. Kabir held her waist and her hand.*Eyelock* Kabir supported her.

Both were so lost in each other that they didn't even realize while dancing to song's beats the opponent couple had lost.. They both came out of their trance when they heard cheering and hooting.
DJ- And the winner of this game is, Mr Kabir Kumar and his gorgeous gf Nisha...
The manager gifted them a box. Nisha took it from him and thanked him. They then left the restaurant.
*In Car*
Kabir- That was amazing...Waise, mujhe laga tu ek number ki bakwaas dancer hai, but you are good huh?
Nisha looked at him in anger while he nonchalantly started the engine of the car.
They bickered and fought as usual. The car passed many buildings and trees of the city. The stars decorated the sky and the moon patiently spread its calm light...
