Finally here with my last update and my last write up. Since I won't be writing anything after this I would like to thank a few people. Everyone is requested to read this first, no cheating😆

1. First of all thank you Jee and Ri for pushing me to continue this story. I seriously wouldn't have continued if it hadn't been you both sincerely asking me to update the story. Jee I know we had a deal on thank you' and sorry' yet I can't stop myself this time. You both so lovingly ask people for updates it is so overwhelming and encouraging😊 for the writers. Thank You 🤗🤗

2. Niyu the part in red is especially dedicated to you. I have been waiting to post the last so that you could read this. You have always loved my stories whether it was an OS, TS or SS, always pointed out the romance in them and I know you must have equally enjoyed them.😊 I remember you have always told me that love is not when you need words to convey it, it is when the eyes can convey what your heart feels 😳and you know what I believe the same. So I hope I have done justice to this belief and you enjoy reading it. 🤗🤗

3. Next I would like to thank my Basanti, Saru. I am sure you know how I didn't like you and Shishya expressing your pyar' on my story 😆 but the secret is I always enjoyed reading that too 😛. Like you always had a monologue while commenting on my updates I also had a monologue always which went as "Can she ever type a comment without her monologue"🤣 but inspite of your monologues I always waited for your comments,😊 not only were they long and appreciative, they always pointed out what I wanted to convey to the readers which I have always told you🤗. Thank You! once again.🤗 Nobody ever feels annoyed that you keep pestering us for updates and you dare make another foolish post.😡

4. Next comes my beloved shishya. You really thought I would forget you. How can I? Your comments always made feel as if I was reading a psychology professor's remarks on my assignment. Don't worry you will make a good one if at all you decide to become one. Though always lazy in posting your comments (just like your Guruji, I am proud of you😆) I like how even you point out your favourite parts and your comments always reflected the fact that you enjoyed reading the story. Thought this is the last part don't think I will let you leave all the res, unresed on my SS.

5. Niya thank you for loving the KK Kabira of my story. KK yaar... Kamina and Kind.😆 I liked the way you were permanently in love with the Kabira of my story😳😆. You made only one prediction on my story on the part where Kabir is asked to put on the skates and it turned out to be wrong🤣 (sorry for that😆) and you stopped predicting after that.🤣 Thank You for commenting inspite of your exams being on in full swing.

Part XII

Ramesh gaped at Nisha. Is this why Kabir behaved so indifferent with me and Nisha wanted to tell me about her decision? Ramesh tried to reason with himself. "Oh Nisha what have you done" Ramesh muttered under his breath. Lakshmi squeezed Ramesh's hand. Kabir sat calmly, waiting for Nisha to continue. The cousins were equally perplexed at Nisha's decision. After a long pause Nisha continued."I don't just want to get married to you Kabir I want to see myself with you whenever I see you." Suku let out a loud whistle and the cousins hugged each other overjoyed by their leader's decision. Lakshmi squeezed Ramesh's hand even harder. Ramesh had never felt this happy in his life. He felt as if Nisha had just pulled off a stone from his chest which obstructed his breathing. Kabir sat there astounded at what he just heard. He realized he had almost forgotten to breathe while waiting for Nisha to continue. His breathing was still uneven. Vasundara blessed both the kids.

"Let's get them engaged today itself" Vasundara suggested. Lakshmi looked nervous at the suggestion. "You don't look comfortable at that suggestion" Vasundara could see Lakshmi's discomfort. "Oh no no! It's just that Nisha doesn't have any traditional clothes I mean she doesn't wear any traditional clothes I mean.." Lakshmi fumbled."Don't worry about that Lakshmi Chachi" Dolly waved a plastic bag which contained a box. She removed the saree which Kabir had bought for Nisha. The cousins had lined up to congratulate Kabir. Nisha inspected the box it was indeed the same saree with a matching blouse. "I don't understand how did you all manage to get a blouse so soon?" Nisha spoke in the midst of the chaos. "When Suku bro is here why fear?""You bought the blouse?" Nisha asked him sarcastically. "Don't be stupid Nisha. You wanted to know where I was last night right? I was with Kabir. I went to Kabir's house to return his car after the auditions got over. He wanted to discuss something with me and I had to thank him anyway so I sat back. He told me about everything that happened yesterday. That is when I realized we had made a mistake and we should have given him a chance. He told me that if at all your answer was a yes he would want you to wear this saree so that he could cherish this day forever, the day when you said yes." She turned towards the cousins her eyes accusing them. "So you all were involved when you came to my room last night?" "No Nisha I told them everything only this morning. I could not wait to break this news to them yesterday itself, but Kabir stopped me from doing so. He didn't want anyone to influence your decision. He knew you would not like that."

"Nisha's eyes reflected love and respect for Kabir. She walked upto him and stood right in front of him, gazing into his eyes. She had always refrained from doing so but this time she just wanted to feel his captivating gaze. She wanted to drown in the feeling that he aroused in her when he looked at her passionately. She stood their conveying a thank You to Kabir through her eyes. Kabir could see the love and care in Nisha's eyes like Ramesh had told him. Everyone standing there could feel the power of their understanding exuding from them.

Kabir finally got up from the sofa and walked upto Ramesh. "I knew she is not what she appears to be uncle. I knew it the very first day. I knew it even before you could explain it to me today, but I wanted to know what she felt for me before I could confess my feelings. So I decided to look deeper. I was right uncle I struck gold. She may not be a girl every boy dreams of but she is definitely a girl I would dream of. You were right again she definitely loves with all her heart once she acknowledges her feelings." Ramesh was so overwhelmed with Kabir's words that he pulled him in a tight embrace.

Vasundara gave the saree to Nisha. "Go change and come beta." Vasundra gushed. Nisha hesitated while taking the saree and turned to walk away with the saree. She felt Kabir's hand on her shoulder. By now she could blindly guess his touch. If not her atleast her heart did, she wondered if her heart beats notched up so high that even Kabir could hear them. She turned around before she was embarrassed further. "If you do not want to wear that saree, I can handle it. Please don't hesitate." He whispered. Nisha smiled at him warmly and said "I was skeptical about it, but now I am not" she whispered back and left. Kabir grinned and shook his head gazing at her retreating figure. "She always manages to surprise me. I'll never solve this riddle, which is her!" He muttered under his breath.

Kabir and Vasundara took their turns chatting with the cousins, Ramesh and Lakshmi. Suddenly Kabir noticed all heads turn in one direction. He followed the trail too. He was stunned to see how beautiful Nisha looked in a saree and the maroon colour complimented her fair skin. He noticed how the saree accentuated her curves further. He could feel his heartbeat rhyme with every step that she took down the stairs. "Control yourself Kabir!" Vasundara teased Kabir. Kabir realized his mouth was wide open and everyone now looked at him. All the cousins chuckled at his expression. Nisha could see the pride in his eyes that she belonged to him. As Nisha stood next to Kabir he found it increasingly impossible to concentrate on anything. Vasundara had to shake him to take the ring from her hand and put it on Nisha's finger. He was unaware of the fact that Nisha had already put the ring on his finger. He managed to jerk himself out of the reverie. He had almost put the ring on Nisha's finger when he exclaimed "Wait a minute. I can't get engaged just yet"

Everyone looked puzzled at his response. Lakshmi had started to get nervous as usual. Nisha's heart thudded against her chest. She looked at him expectantly for the reason. He ignored her and walked upto Nisha's youngest sibling. "I had told Nisha I will win the hearts of all the cousins her included... while I have managed to win all their hearts I realized you are the only one left." Everyone in the room released a breath of relief.

Bunty blinked at him and looked around. "Kabir bhaiya I liked you on the very first day even before Jwala started to like you, but I was afraid Nishu Di would scold me if I got friendly with you." Instantly the room was engulfed with a roar of laughter. Kabir bent down placing his hands on his knees and spoke to Bunty "So Bunty would you take me as your brother in law?" he held out one hand. Bunty took his hand and responded "Yes I do" with the approval of the youngest sibling Kabir finally put the ring on Nisha's hand.

In one swift movement Nisha was up and standing on the bed. Her eyes scanned the room for that familiar smirk but she could not find it.- I think only one line will fit this context- Nishu ki aankhein taras gayi hai Kabir ko dekhne ke liye 😆🤣

Maa said she would spank me with the ruler if I didn't obey her. Anyways it was a dead end for me either you would thrash me or she would I chose the former. Maa spanking me with a ruler would not look decent" Nisha chuckled at his response- Sukku's reasoning 🤣

I was just imagining how it would be like, Maa running around you with a ruler"-This certainly would be a treat to watch 🤣🤣

She found it strange that none of the cousins had come to see her this morning. "After last night it was practically impossible that Dolly Di, Umesh Bhaiya or Kirti wouldn't come to support me today before I went down. Atleast Jwala and Bunty would be present out of curiosity. What made them stay away."- Well this is something I adore about the cousins and their bond with Nishu. Although they may guide and help Nishu whenever she needs them, they do not try to enforce their opinion or likes/dislikes on her. They give that space to their Captain Jugaadu and allow her to take her own decisions.

Nisha was getting ready in her room. She had thrown in a pair of black jeans and a peach coloured tunic. She decided at least the casualness in her dressing would take away her anxiety. She stood in front of the mirror pensive about how she would handle the situation how everyone would react to her decision. She stared at herself in the mirror as if her reflection would start giving her answers and pacify her that her decision was right. - U have described Nisha's thoughts and her apprehension and confusion very well guruji 👏👏👏 Beautufully penned down 👏👏👏

She anticipated that Ramesh would ask her about her decision, she wanted to discuss it with him but she felt her father was in no mood to ask her about it. "Don't you want to know my decision?" Nisha asked Ramesh, her voice was growing edgy unable to bear Ramesh's silence. "No I don't. The decision is yours. You have always taken your own decisions and I have never questioned you about them, not because I didn't care or didn't want to interfere, because I knew you would take right decisions and if you took a wrong one I knew you had the courage to correct it. This time is no different."- Love Ramesh's parenting style and the bond he shares with Nishu😳 Love his character

"I know Uncle she wouldn't tell you anything she wouldn't want to worry you. - The way Kabir understands Nisha and is able to look beyond her tricks and see the gem of a person Nishu is commendable 👏👏 Also the way he wants to ensure that Ramy doesnt misunderstand Nishu and her actions and nothing happens to RN bond is what us makes admire and adore his character

"I am her father Kabir. I know everything, all that she wouldn't tell me, all that she wants to, but cannot tell me." Kabir smiled at Ramesh and shook his head. "Like Father, Like Daughter. - Ramy😳 RN bond is priceless🤗

"You first" Kabir beckoned Nisha. Nisha flinched at Kabir's words. She always felt uncomfortable whenever he got serious about something.- Kabir is so sensible. He can be fun-loving when he wants to and at the same time can be sensible and serious when needed

Nisha started to speak in a cautious tone "You are a very good person Kabir. I could not see the amazing human being that you are, behind that fun loving Kabir. I am sorry I tried every possible trick in the book so that you would turn me down. But you just refused to do that and chose to know me better, not only that you even helped my family members be it Papa, Suku or Dolly di. Trust me Kabir I would never be able to do that if I were in your shoes. You are a kind of person anyone would like to get married to. But do I wish to get married to you? No I don't!"- Loved this part😳. What a climax 😆😆 I m really curious to know what happens next. Although I knw Nibir is the end-game, I m eager to read how u have planned the last part 😆😆

Sometimes ur chotu parts can also be a boon and this chotu chapter worked well in my favour 😆😉
