So todays episode isn't making any sense kabir saw nisha nd sumit fighting and viraj got there after kabir but obviously before nisha had fallen. So why did viraj not see sumit and nisha???

Because summit hid himself when kabir went upstairs and probably left after that. Viraj must have come after summit had left
