Next day afternoon, family doctor came to visit Kabir...Nisha went outside the room for some work...after sometime she came back...The doc asked Nisha...
Doc: Nisha beta, who is staying day-night with Kabir?
Nisha: I am uncle, why? *concerned tensed look*
Doc: Oh no...You have allergy problem right dear?
Nisha: Look uncle you please don't worry about me, I will stay with Kabir...
Doc: No no, nothing with you...It is actually like Kabir has some skin complications...If someone who has allergy or has allergy problem will stay near him, it can cause something serious to him...I hope you understand...
Nisha: Oh, uh!
Nisha felt like her world broke down somehow...so, for which she was fighting from yesterday...that had to happen? She has to stay away from him? How could she? Come on, he was her hubby...oh wait no no...best friend only...
Doc left after giving Kabir and Nisha about all the needed instructions...
Kabir: Nisha, now go out of my room...I don't want to harm myself by you!! *sarcastic voice*
Nisha: Yeah yeah I am going...no one cares about who care about them!
Just then Laxmi entered...Nisha told her what the doc said...Laxmi said
Laxmi: Okay Nishu, go out then...Me and your papa will be staying with Kabir from now...you don't worry baccha *Touched her cheecks assuring her about it*
Nisha: Hmm, maa...
She left the room sadly, before leaving she looked at Kabir once with a very affectionate look...
Laxmi went to Kabir's bed...and sat beside him..
Laxmi: Poor Nishu...she really wanted to be with you beta...But this allergy problem...*sigh*
Kabir: Maa, but I did not want to be with her...so her allergy problem had to come in our way...*meaningful look*
Laxmi: So you mean Kabir...?? *Surprised meaningful look*
Kabir: Yes, maa...and please don't you dare to tell your daughter about this...I want her good, maa! She might get poxes too..so I did all these...
Laxmi could see so much love and care in Kabir's eyes...She could clearly understand his feelings...so she just nodded her head in agreement!
4.00 PM
Nisha was getting restless from the afternoon...but now she is feeling the worst...Bunty just came to her room 5 minutes ago and told her that Kabir had got high fever also...Laxmi was giving him medicine...Nisha had gone to the door of NiBiR's bedroom and checked on for at least 20 times in last 3 hours after she left the room...But now she was feeling like why so complications? Why she has to stay like this...she started crying...She did not know why she was crying so much...fever is quite a normal sign of pox...She started praying to God...
Nisha: Please God, make my Kabir well and good...i mean my best friend he is na? Just don't let anything happen to him..and why you doing this to me..I want to go to him, stay with him, take care of him...Please...
Just then Bunty came running again...and he said...
Bunty: Nishu di, Nishu di...Kabir jeeju is vomiting badly...maybe for high fever..
Nisha did not know what to say or to do now...she ran like a total mad towards their bedroom...when she reached at the doorstep of their room...she found out Laxmi was patting Kabir's back and Kabir was vomiting in a big bowl...he was so weak that he was not even able to go the washroom...Nisha was crying heavily and she was about to step inside..just then she remembered what the doc said...'IT CAN CAUSE SOMETHING SERIOUS TO HIM' Nisha stopped right there...no she could not do this to him...she could not cause more pain to him...Kabir despite of being in a such disgusting and painful situation noticed how Nisha stepped back from coming in...He smiled at it slightly because he could understand why she did so...when Nisha saw Kabir smiling even in this kind of a situation, looking at her...she started crying more...she noticed how fade his smile was...she could understand what pain he was going through...seeing her in such a bad state like this Laxmi was about to call her inside but Kabir grabbed her hand and stopped her from calling Nisha...
Kabir: Eey Nisha! Don't be so J of me that maa is loving me so much and taking care of me so much..Go away...come later when mother-son love will be completed *tried to smile with his as usal spark very hard but sadly it did not work and looked like a fade smile*
Nisha could clearly understand that Kabir did all of it so she goes away from there and do not get to watch him in such bad state...Seriously? Seriously Kabir? Why you are so K? In such a situation you are still caring for me?...Nisha thought to herself...she could not take anymore and ran away from there crying badly...
It was almost 9.30 PM...suddenly Nisha's head hit an idea...and she was so irritated thinking why this idea did not come before in her head...She felt like she was a real dumbass...She went with a chair to their bedroom's window and set it out there...then she sat on it and kept looking at Kabir...
Kabir: What?? What are you doing?
Nisha: Nothing will happen to you...I am not inside the room...I will be sitting outside here and will be with you like this...
Kabir was blank on this...he felt so special inside his heart...how can anyone be so nice? So caring? So loving?
Nisha and Kabir kept staring at each other...
After sometime Laxmi came with Kabir's dinner...she had tears in her eyes seeing kids like this...she wiped her tears of happiness and entered the room...
Laxmi: beta, shall I feed you?
Kabir: Nah, maa! Now I am feeling better than before I can eat by my own...
Laxmi: Okay finish your food...*looking at Nisha* Nishu go and have your dinner also.. and don't take tension your papa will be here with him tonight...
Nisha: yeah maa, I will go after some time...
Laxmi left...
Kabir while eating...Looked at Nisha and asked without talking by showing a spoonful of food...Want to have some? Then he showed her to go and have her food by sign language...
Nisha replied in the same way by sign language, you eat and take care of yourself...I will go...

They started talking by sign language...Kabir acted I will take care but you go and eat otherwise I won't eat...
Nisha replied with making a fed up face and acted okay okay I am going...
"Chaand bhi wohi hain, wohi hain sitaare
Tere baad fike fike lagte hain saare...
Aja leke tu savere karja, duri ye andhere teri
Duri tadpave soneya...
Tere bin...naahi laage jiya
Tere bin...aabto aaja piya

Nisha left the chair and was about to go just then Kabir called her from back
Nisha: What happened Kabir? You Okay? You need something?
Kabir: Yes, your smile as a good night, wifey! Because you won't be coming back here...take your dinner properly and take rest and my dinner will be done after a while...then I will go to sleep...If I again see you here tonight I will stop taking any care of myself I am telling you...
Nisha made an irritated face...
Nisha: Uff you Kabir..Okay okay... and Goognight hubby *She gave a big smile*
Kabir: *with a biiig smile* Goodnight!
But actually what happening was Nisha ate her dinner but she did not go to her bed...When everyone was sleeping and she knew her father and Kabir both were in deep sleep by that time...she again went to the window of her and Kabir's bedroom, sat on the chair which she did not move from there while leaving the place at dinner time...She looked at Kabir, he was sleeping like a little baby...Nisha felt relieved seeing him like this...while continiously looking at Kabir she put her head on the window and went into deep sleep without even realising...
