There are few Ladder Groups.

0-49 posts : Newbie.

50-199 posts : Groupie.

200-1000 : Senior Members.

1000-3000 : Goldie.

more then 3000 : IF-Dazzler

just go to IF homepage and on the right hand corner u will find a thread of how to create slam bk, just click on it
