ok first save the pic on ur desktop, then go to imageshack.us, upload the pic there from ur PC, u will then get a hotlink for the forum, just paste that when u post a reply and then ur pic could be seen in ur posts

Hi, I think the max number of characters always stayz the same no matter what the status. I don't know if it's gonna get changed.
If you wanna decrease the characters use a site like tinypic.com (to upload your sig) which has less characters then sites like imageshack, photobucket etc.
