for doing that write ur title...
lets say it youtube...
so u write Youtube
now select the word youtube...
in the post reply part u see some tabs like the following :

do u see the tab made with earth on it {its two times left of the confused face}
click on it after u have selected youtube
a window like the following wil open :

Hyperlink Properties
Link Type: Address: Preview: Email: Subject:

post the web address of youtube after removing https:// from its URL...
click preview n then ok
There you go!
ur final output will be like :
Youtube
and
and for posting it on ur sig go to settings=> signature
and type in ur Word following the below syntax :
[U R L=https://www.myWeb.com]My Link[ /U R L]
in URl= part u cn write https://www.youtube.com and instead of My Link type in the word u want to be hyperlinked i.e. the format u nt it in..
Note : remove the spaces b/w U, R n L n the max no of characters allowed in a signature are 200

sorry for my xtremely late reply...
hd probs with my pc...
for changing ur pic, cursor upon my dashboard and then u see settings coming up..
clcik on settings...
there will be 5 tabs coming up, click on the 'Preferences' tab...
at the end u see 'Avatar link' where u can paste the image/siggie/animation's direct link..
paste the link of the siggie there...
and click submit..
