TBH, I skip a lot while watching ITV. For the excessive focusing, I even skip dance sequences if it's not a slow dance or properly choreographed dance between the leads. And what is generally perceived as funny, often I find borderline creepy that makes my blood boil. So I didn't watch the particular episode you are talking about. I had watched the two where Piya got her powers and later DD killed Bhaisa.
About the points you have mentioned, I would rather give Sonya some lease because Niyati is a professional dancer. So obviously she would be thousand times better than her.
About neighbors, even I am confused how those people are still letting Gs to live in that building.
As far as Ved is concerned, she is a nutcase. I won't talk about her.
Coming to PiyAnsh, I found Piya's behavior with Ansh outrageous. Yes, both of us often roast Ansh for his Vedism and shouting at Piya even though he controls himself the very next moment and genuinely apologizes.
But considering the amout of abuse Piya hurled at him during Navratri and later at the beginning of Chudhail Track although she had her reasons, I think it does compensate for everything Ansh has done so far apart from that forced leap.
When Ansh said - Tum Agar Mar Bhi Jao To Bhi Mujhe Farak Nahi Padega - it was definitely hard for audiences like us. Specially him clutching Piya's hand actually falls under manhandling. But then again I have horrible track record of saying even more horrible things when I am pissed off. So even though I don't support manhandling, somewhere down the line I got from where he was coming. And the good thing about it was - Ansh himself was crying for saying something like that.
The reason we can roast Ansh mercilessly for his extreme Vedism and Seedhapan yet love him.
Piya was practically a pendulum in the episode, running between Naman and Ansh.
However, I loved it when Ansh was more affected when Bhaisa threw her away. Although I do laugh whenever I watch that scene.
The action sequence was awesome.
But the best part for me was the scene where Ansh was sliding across the floor to touch Piya's hand. Very few times I have actually given Harsh credit for emotional scenes. This is one of them. The way he was crying and crawling - it was heartbreaking.
And when Bhaisa took him away and Piya screamed his name, it was even more saddening. I particularly loved that shot where she closed her eyes and cried bitterly and later sought help from Goddess.
The dance sequence - they focused on both PiyAnsh so I didn't get the feel of extreme rage. I felt it better in the making video as the complete focus was on the Tandav. I don't know much about dance but personally I felt it was more of umping than dancing and it could be better choreographed.
They had awesome dance sequences in Mahadev years ago.
Bringing out Goddess Durga's rage is no easy task. A lot of actresses breathes heavily and it looks fake. Niyati was okay in that scene but yes it did look kind of fake. The best I have seen was portrayed by Mouni Roy.
However when Bhaisa threw Ansh away and they showed all 10 hands of Durga, in that closeup she looked divine - calm and composed yet fierce.
Liked the way they both killed Bhaisa. Specially Ansh lifting her. But they stretched the scene beyond limit. Otherwise it was awesome.

Okay, first of all, this push and pull between Pia and Ansh... To be honest, I disliked that scene and this is why, I always FF this scene...
I feel that if people consider Ansh responsible for that, then Pia was also responsible, or maybe even more responsible...
Ansh had already told her earlier everything but still she continued to call him a threat and did not trust him when he revealed the truth about Naman trying to kill his mother... I guess this increased Ansh's anger and he said those words... In fact, Pia very clearly told him that she is only and only concerned for her GM and no one else... Although, here Pia was distressed too that she couldn't save her GM.
Now, about Pia not trusting Ansh's words regarding Naman trying to kill his own mother... I agree that Pia trusted Naman because he was her childhood friend and she had no reason to doubt him... Besides, she also thought that no son would be evil enough to kill his own mother... So, she took her own sweet time before trusting Ansh.
But yes, I was slightly annoyed with his choice of words, only slightly though... The way he said that he wouldn't care even if Pia dies, it gives the impression that he only cared for her till she could help them to those who watch it for the first time...
But then he was actually really distressed remembering those words... That look on his face when he realised what he had said, it was really heartbreaking. He was almost crying recollecting whatever he said and after seeing the marks left on Pia's hands after he had grabbed her hands... He even turned back to apologize for whatever he said and he would have actually apologized, had Ved not taken Pia along with her...
nushy1995
Exactly!!! At that point, Piya was more at fault than Ansh.

Piya was practically a pendulum in the episode, running between Naman and Ansh.
Yup... Pia was practically a pendulum between Naman and Ansh... Naman looked so happy when Pia came to him when he was hit by Bhaisa uncle's blow but I enjoyed the look which he gave when Pia rushed to Ansh... I still laugh seeing his face.
However, I loved it when Ansh was more affected when Bhaisa threw her away. Although I do laugh whenever I watch that scene.
Me too... He looked so distressed when Bhaisa uncle threw her away and this was the point where all bets were off and he actually used his powers to fight with his sasurji...
Yes, even I laugh whenever I see that particular scene...
The action sequence was awesome.
It really was...

Me too... I have watched that particular scene countless times... Ansh sliding his hand across the floor to touch Pia for the last time... It was really heartbreaking.
And when Bhaisa took him away and Piya screamed his name, it was even more saddening. I particularly loved that shot where she closed her eyes and cried bitterly and later sought help from Goddess.
Agreed... This part was even more saddening.
And this proved to be the last straw for her too... This was the much needed push that provoked her to invoke the help of goddess Durga...

On the contrary, I really liked the Tandav sequence... Yes, I agree the making video felt much better than what was shown in the episode because the making video was continuous. It didn't have portions of Ansh getting thrashed.
Well, yes they focused on both Piansh during the dance sequence but I guess it was needed to be done this way... I mean Ansh was getting thrashed by his sasurji and Pia was invoking goddess Durga's help mainly to save Ansh. So, I guess they showed them simultaneously.
Liked the way they both killed Bhaisa. Specially Ansh lifting her. But they stretched the scene beyond limit. Otherwise it was awesome.
Ab they had to do something to give Nishant and Saavi some time to arrive there to witness the climax!! Warna, they would have missed it...
Jokes apart, I too liked the way they both killed Bhaisasur... The lift was really amazing... Yes, they stretched it beyond limit and not to forget that they focused on each one's shakal too...

I just realized, she only loses control when it comes to Ansh. Even during the PY, she took Kali's avatar when Ansh was injured.
Nikki_SRK
Me too.
At that moment, since Naman was a negative character, I was really annoyed with him on the way he was grinning seeing Ansh being thrashed. So, I really got a sadistic pleasure when both Avinash and Shekhar moved aside and Bhaisa uncle's blow hit him... I was like, chalo kuch to achha kaam kiya in manhooson ne!!

Well, I had already realised this long back...

Chalo! Kamse kam ek accha kam to kiya un nalayeko ne!

Yeah... Ek achha kaam to kiya dono nalayako ne!!
Anyways, amidst all this, we forgot our second most favourite villain... Bhaisasur!!! (Cos the first place has been taken by Dev, no? )
How I wish they had shown us Bhaisa uncle's real face... I am still jealous of his smooth and silky straight hair!! Plus the way he got out of his car, his attitude plus style of walking... Wow!!
And his bgm...
"He Mahishasura, he Bhasmasura, he Narakasura, jay he jay he!!
Shumbh Nishumbha Mahabali Rahu,
He Vakrasura jay he, jay he!!"
I absolutely loved it!! In fact, I actually re-watched this episode thrice just to memorize these lines...
They actually incorporated the names of several demons or Asuras from Hindu mythology to create this bgm... It was simply amazing!!
nushy1995
You did!!! Wow! I am gonna download the episode tomorrow then and watch his portion.
Waise, Bhaisa still remains to be my most favorite villain. Who's your most favorite villain? I mean the first one?
