Episodics are always great. But as you had said, if mainstream shows had actually taken the initiative and portrayed the issue with facts - a huge number of people would get educated. Because despite all the awareness events, a lot of people still think it's an excuse. I mean, Deepika Padukone have been a brand ambassador and yet people like Salman Khan had once mocked saying it's not a proper health issue. So what do you expect general people to think? 🤔

Yes. Well, a few mainstream had actually taken too. I don't know about that, but honestly in the industry, everyone just keeps questioning others for no reasons or for competition. So I actually have lost my faith in all this, for all we know they both would laugh at back, and it maybe a stunt or act too, but people just get affected and it starts trending.

If you ask me, I don't give a shit about these so called stars because like you said, for them, it's all about publicity and looking down others' effort. Sure, there are many who are engaged in humanitarian work but the list of crass people is even longer.

But TV has can play a much bigger role in influencing and it's high time that different PH stop making mockery of it. If you can't promote it. fine. Because even educated people are interested in shitty leads' hot romance. But at the very least, don't introduce it judt for dramatization or worse, don't create a false image. Because it's an actual issue.

Like at the current situation, I am noticing that underprivileged people are maintaining the protocol or at least, they are trying. But some so called educated people are giving such lame excuse that honestly, I want to beat the crap out of them. 😡 😡 😡

Me and my family are trying to maintain the self-quarantine practice. Haven't left home since the last few days. By the grace of Allah, we are healthy as of now. 😊

But our government is doing one hell of a lousy job in controlling the situation. I know I sound like the typical citizen who would blame the government for everything but this is true.

Some of the organization and some people on their own are making and distributing hand sanitizers and PPE for doctors but authority is showing no response. A lot of the people are taking protective measures on their own, as much as they can. But some people are paying no heed and rather hampering others' effort.
