Guruma in in the beginning when she was recapping what we all knew that was unecessary

Paanch tatva idea was good. After explaining initially when G elaborated further on the panch tatva that felt a bit overexplained. Sometimes we don't need everything to be explained.

I noticed i was taking too many so i broke one into half. Took longer to make the pain go away but it helped to reduce drowsiness to some extent.
