Well as the saying goes its all.a battle between Good & Evil.I can talk endlessly about the current Kaliyuga but this is a forum for a fictional show though references to.mythology are welcome here.@Rein123 your arguments/healthy debate with @4me 2 is quite right & remarkable. The only point I have issue with is the love of a mother.Yup.I saw Mohana's tears for Ansh/Kajal & though I was surprised it did look genuine I will.second to that. But it does not decrease Vedashree's love does it? Since both of them-Mohana & Vesashree argued between Mohana's blood vs Vedashree's culture in Ansh they did give ref to the Supreme Lord Krishna.I believe Krishna's example though Ansh a Davansh is a mere ordinary mortal like u and me when compared to Lord Krishna anyway Krishna's story itself provides the answer.Krishna might have been Devaki's son but was raised & loved like her own by Yashoda. So that's why he is mostly known as Yashoda-Lalla/Yashoda ka Nandlalla rather than Devaki-Lalla.But did that make Devaki any less as a mom? Nope Lord loves everyone equally. So Devaki might not have raised him.due to her captivity but got the unique distinction of being Lord Krishna's mother. Both loved & were concerned for Krishna equally as any mother has for a child inspite of Krishna being a Lord hum.toh sirf Insaan hai.A mother is a mother irrespective of whether she is real,/adopted & that's what Krishna's story teaches us.Her love is like a pure crystal filled with bliss.Words cannot describe her supreme sacrifice & neither it is repayable.Ved loved Ansh liked her own son the same way as for his siblings Kajal. She's tensed bcoz its Ansh who has displayed demonic seizures unlike Kajal.whose powers lie dormant or she might not have inherited it from her mom Mohana at all.Yeah even if a mother is a demon or a goddess she would /can display equal love too.Its not always necessary that she would harm her own blood.
Mohana might love Ansh genuinely but her path for Ansh is filled with thorns. Her cursed love would bring mayhem & Ansh being her son might do the same which is not valid.Ved could/could be a Daayan but for now her values are a boon for Ansh. Why would a mother want her son to brvome an evil incarnate?
What if Mohona had changed after marrying Mridul and becoming a mother to his kids? Mohona being the one behind Mridul's murder is an idea that Ved passed around in the family and the village. We dont really know if Mo had actually killed Mridul because she was never showed killing him the way she killed that random guy in the opening scene. So yes for that reason i am giving her a benefit of doubt. Now by chance if Mo had really changed would you still call her love a curse for her children? Moreover parents who truly love their children can never win against them. Also coming back to Lord Krishna and Yashoda, Yes he is known as Yashoda's son and she loved him as just as much as Devaki did, but you see the thing here is Yashoda was not the one who held Devaki captive, it was her brother Kansa who did so nor did she snatch Krishna away forcefully from Devaki , but in Mo's case it was Ved who got her locked away and voluntarily separated her from her children by simply assuming that she would harm them the way she assumed that Mo was behind Mridul's death. When Mo actually asked Ved if she didn't feel a bit of pain when she set her own sister on fire, it made me wonder if she actually did want to have a normal relationship with her as an older sister. I dont know what happened between Ved, Mo and their mother, but that scene alone made me feel that Mo probably doesn't exactly hate Ved in an extreme sense and that she really felt some sort of emotional pain judging from the look in her eyes when she confronted Ved over it given that she actually thanked her for looking after her children. Maybe It was just their mother who disliked Ved for being different while Mo may have been just indifferent to it. Had the circumstances been different I wouldn't have said much about Ved's love for Mo's kids, but for this one reason i cannot believe that Ved is a better Mother than Mo.@Bold because she herself is evil incarnate at least as per what has been shown till now, parents often want their children to carry forward the legacy they leave behind for them, it doesn't matter if that legacy is good or evil.
There are so many questions. I think CVs did a mistake in introducing the sisters track.

"@Bold because she herself is evil incarnate at least as per what has been shown till now, parents often want their children to carry forward the legacy they leave behind for them, it doesn't matter if that legacy is good or evil." Legacies do matter irrespective of whether its good/evil bcoz it has direct impact on the people around you as well as the society.I don't disagree with your guesswork 1) but I disagree with your belief that Ved might not have loved Ansh,Its not about being a better mother.More than a better mother it has to be a loving mother who would do anything for her child.I have not at all denied Mohana's love for Ansh but whatever path she wants for him its wrong & yeah the legacy does matter.A criminal cannot be excused by for the crime he's done irrespective of whether his parents were criminals or not.The same applies to a demon/Daayan even if fictional.I also do not believe that Ved's love for Ansh was fake whether its an act or not it would get revealed in due course if your guesswork is right? Currently it does a look a battle between 2 mothers for the possession of their son. But its upto the son to accept the mother.Ansh does not know about his lineage. He would know in due course but would he accept her as his mother? Will Kajal accept Mohana too? That's why I said that Love can be both a curse/boon bcoz Love gives you hate as well as betrayals specially blind love.
