Going by yesterday's epi, which showed Guruma not being aware of Pia being Daivik, I think Divya left her for her safety so that no one would connect Pia to her, the daayan hunter and try to harm pia. May be the Daivik powers may not be powerful enough in childhood and killing the child would mean killing the Daivik
