Soumya Seth, the bubbly and cute actress has got back to the small screen with Sony Entertainment Television's newly launched show, Dil Ki Nazar Se… Khoobsurat (Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd).

Talking about her new show, Soumya addressed Tellychakkar.com saying, "It is an amazing show. I am happy that all my Navya fans have liked the serial as well as my role. Honestly, I never ever imagined having a single fan in my life. I was this simple girl who used to go to college and get back home. Acting happened by chance and fan following started to pour in. I had never dreamt to have a huge fan base. It feels great to be loved and surrounded by people."

She went on, "I would love to have a good-natured, honest person in my life. I have seen many good looking men with no manners. I want my boyfriend to have qualities of sweetness, understanding and a good heart. As far as my character in the show goes, Aaradhya has extra-ordinary issues, and how she deals with them is for people to watch."

Soumya added, "My fans are really possessive about me. They will not want me to date anyone. Tweeting to my fans is as important for me as talking to my mother over the phone. Whatever I am today is because of my loyal fans."

On the competition that lies in the slot of her show, Soumya averred, "I do not consider Khoobsurat to be a competition as it is a different genre. Sasural Simar Ka (Colors) at the same slot has good TRPs, and Saraswatichandra (Star Plus) is something very big, especially with names of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Jennifer Winget associated with it. I simply adore Jennifer for her work in television. I am a new bird when it comes to acting and I am learning the art every day."
