Then suddenly Anant's phone rang and their eye lock broke.

Next day at Navya's office:

So, are you ready for tomorrow's presentation? Vijay asked Navya coming to her workstation to which she replied with a relief smile 'Yes Vijay'

'Sure' replied Navya and pulled a chair and sat near her.

Navya gave a mock presentation to him on her slides and Vijay was nodding his head. He was looking quite impressed with it.

'Very good job done, Navya' he praised her 'It's a new thing for you but still you have managed it beautifully

'Thank you Vijay! Actually the credit goes to Anant, my husband. Because of him only, I got this idea' she added and blushed.

'That's really nice' Vijay added 'Please say thanks to him from my side'.

Then she thought, why she blushed at the mention of his name. It's so strange. What's happening to her? Her thought broke with a call on her landline which she picked up and said "hello"

At night, when both were having dinner, Navya's mobile rang and she picked up and said 'Ha bol!'

'Navya! Please come and meet me at my place now' the voice said

'Now?' she screamed 'Did you see the time Payal?'

'Yes! I know. It's late. But you have to come' Payal replied

'Payal! I have a presentation tomorrow. I need to go early. And for that I need to sleep early' Navya added.

'If it's related to Samar, then? Payal added

Navya paused for a moment and then kept the piece of the roti on her plate and looked at Anant. She got up from her place and went near the sofa and asked on the phone 'What happened to him?'

'You come here fast, I will tell you'

Navya went near Anant and asked him if he can take her to her friend's place, to which he agreed and they both left.

They reach a society called 'Ashraya Homes' in HSR Layout and Anant parked the car outside and they both went to Payal's flat in second floor. Navya rang the bell and a very fair girl of medium height with short hair wearing a blue coloured t-shirt and a grey track plant opened the door. She asked them to come with her and took them to another flat in 5^th floor and rang the bell. They were waiting for a long time, but no one opened the door. Then when Payal touched the door to knock, she found the door was open. Actually the bell was not working and hence could not be heard. She asked them to follow her. Navya and Anant are like what is she up-to and when they went inside and entered the bedroom, they were shocked to see something.

The room is having good wood work done with wall attached cupboard where there is a mirror also, but had only one single mattress spread on the floor, towards the other wall and Samar is kissing a girl very passionately and both are lost in their own world, forgetting that the main door was left open. They don't even know that they are going to have their worst time now in their life now.

Navya burned with anger and went inside the room and held Samar's hand which was busy holding the girl's cheeks, removed it pulled him up. Both Samar and the girl was shocked to see them there. Samar stood up and looked at Navya in a shocked state and Navya gave him a big tight slap.

'How could you' she shouted on top of her voice with tears rolling down from her eyes 'How could you do this to me Samar?'

Samar holding his cheeks where she slapped was mum and didn't know what to say.

'I didn't know you can be so cheap' she shouted angrily 'From past 3 days I am going mad by calling you and you are busy doing all these. Don't you have shame?'

Samar is still silent. Anant was also very angry but didn't want to interfere and was standing next to Payal.

'And..and..Who is this girl?' pulling her too from her place and making her stand near the culprit.

Kangna removed her hand from Navya's grip angrily and shouted 'Oh hello! How dare you behave with me like this?'

'Oh! So you are asking me this. How dare you are with my boyfriend like this?' Navya asked as if she is going to pull her hair and beat her nicely.

'Boyfriend? Huh! What boyfriend' Kangna shouted back 'Can't you see that you are married?'

'It's my personal issue' Navya replied 'Who are you to ask me?'

'I am Samar's girlfriend' Kangna said holding his hand 'And you? You should be ashamed of yourself. After marriage also you want to keep relation with him? Even after having a good husband, you don't want to leave your old boyfriend. You are cheating on him, you parents, your in-laws and everyone around you. Samar has no interest on you now. He is mine'

Navya looked at Samar with her eyes red and tears covering her whole face. He was still not saying anything and was standing with his head down.

The words gave a pinch to Navya's heart and brain and she stopped. It was Samar who gave her the idea of doing a contract marriage with Anant for 1 year and so that after that they both can get married and now he is only silent and not saying anything. She is also feeling ashamed that she trusted him and listened to him and did such a thing. She is feeling ashamed of herself with the thought that she has cheated her family and Anant's family. Not able to see her crying anymore, Anant was about to go near Navya but Payal held his hand and asked not to go for some time.

'Don't you dare come in between us' Kangna continued and said 'Let's go Samar!' and pulled his hand and both left from there.

Navya cried loudly sitting on the floor, bending her legs. Anant went to her and dragged her towards him and hugged her. He could feel her pain she is going through at this moment. He hugged her tightly trying to calm her down as he cannot see her crying. He know how it feels when one breaks up as even he has gone through this though his reason was very different.

'It's ok. Don't cry' he consoled her, holding her head to which she replied 'No Anant! I cheated everyone. I am very bad'

Payal signaled Anant that she is leaving, to give some space to them to which Anant nodded and then she left. Actually it's her friend's flat whose key's were with her when one day Kangna, her friend's friend came to take it once and from then she keeping coming there and then just two days before she saw Samar also accompanying her to the flat. First day she thought may be he has just like that come but then when today before calling Navya she saw him being very close to Kangna, she couldn't stop herself to call her. Kangna is her college friend and they did their graduation in arts in JNC.

Navya is crying, crying and crying cursing herself remembering Kangna's words. The words are hurting her brain telling her that he had done a huge crime for which she will never be able to forgive herself. Anant is feeling very bad for her and trying his best to calm her down but she was just not ready to stop crying. Somehow he got her up and took her holding her arms and left from there.

In their whole drive, she didn't stop crying. When they reached near their apartment, Anant stopped the car and looked at her. Anant took her hand on his to which she looked at him and he said 'Navya! I know, it's a tough time for you, but you will have to be strong. Life has lot of ups and downs but it's on was how we handle it'

'It's good that you came to know about Samar's truth right?'

'It's not about Samar, Anant! I have cheated my family, your family, you and everyone' Navya replied 'Didn't you hear what she was saying?'

'Yes, I heard! But even I did the same, right? I should also be ashamed' he added

'No, you don't have to. Because you didn't even met or called Shalini after marriage. I was the one who was still meeting Samar' Navya added

'But who else knew this except for us. Now Just just forget about all these. Tomorrow is a big day for you. You should relax and be prepared for it' Anant said holding the stering.

'I don't know if I will be able to give the presentation tomorrow' she added

'Navya! Navya look at me and he came a bit closer. In few days we have at-least become friends right?

She agreed and nodded.

'So, trust me, for me, you are a very nice girl' he added 'Ya! Though sometimes a little crazy, but very nice and sweet' and he grinned but Navya was still not convinced and her head was still down.

He paused looking at her and realized there is no use and coming back to his original position, he drove the car into the society and parked the car, took her to their flat, opened the door and made her sit on the sofa. He then went near the cupboard in the living room, opened the drawer and was about to keep his keys inside when his attention drew to a cover which he took out where there were two tickets which is a marriage gift by one of his close friend, and he looked at them and then at her.
