Alright here we go.

First of all, thank you so much for opening this thread Mrids, it was so nice seeing the adda mates and their lovely replies. Much appreciated.

I won't say much, except that Navya, the show will always remain very special to me. I fell in love with it on the very first episode and then, there was no looking back. I met all of you wonderful people, had more fun at the adda than I did watching the show. I have made life long friends here, and for that only, I will always owe Navya.

As far as the actual show goes, the makers never did have a concrete plan. It was all fine and dandy for the first 4/5 months, but then started the downfall, and it quite never managed to get back up. Yes there were bursts of genius here and there (Read: Flat 420, now that was awesome!), but no, the magic was gone after Kanpur IMO. I still watched it on and off but after the wedding, everything just fell flat for me. Thats when I stopped watching, 'cause I wanted to take away beautiful memories from Navya, I didn't want to remember a horrible saas bahu show, where your own parents and grandparents are out to ruin your life, when I reminisced about Navya some years down the line. I am glad I stopped watching it. The writers obviously lost track of what they promised to deliver.

But nonetheless, the show was one of a kind in its initial months. I remember when it first started, it was so popular, it was the first show to really live up to SP's tagline of nayi soch. Shaheer and Soumya have a been a delight to watch. I wish them and the whole cast of Navya all the very best for their future endeavors.

Once again, thank you for giving us this thread to say our final goodbye to the show. LOWE you MridsiePoo!🤗

P.S I voted for the last option. :)

By the way, I used the link Anji posted to generate my own script!

An independent, morally upright feminist, who is always dressed garishly in designer wedding wear, is shocked to find her vengeful sister-in-law plotting to kill her with someone carrying a grudge from her past. She cites the Bhagwad Gita as to the sanctity of family in life. But, Alas! In all the moral sermoning and the ensuing chaos, her husband mysteriously disappears, and his body is never found. He, however, comes back from the dead eventually. After a dramatic surge in TRP's, we learn for the next 1000 episodes that it is, in fact, all about loving your family.

Bwahahaha!

A soft-spoken bride, upholding middle-class virtues, who is always dressed garishly in designer wedding wear, is shocked to find her husband cheating on her with a bitch out to ruin her for no apparent reason. Her wise ol' grandmother puts on the pants of the family to whoop some butt and put the house back in order. But, Alas! In all the moral sermoning and the ensuing chaos, her husband falls over a cliff and his body is never found. He, however, comes back from the dead eventually. After a dramatic surge in TRP's, we learn for the next 1000 episodes that it is, in fact, all about loving your family.

To quote KJo: Its all about loving your family. 😉
