which hashtag to use?

well if i go to twitter, fans r using different hash tags for promoting
navya. some r using #promotenavya, some #navyapromo &
some #promonavya. which should be used to tweet or is anything
ok?? also i dont understand this chaska meter funda? I do press
it many times daily but the nons dont change? how do i see it or how
should i do? I am clicking on 5 stars.

i use #navyapromo...i think anything will do but im not sure...
