Tanu, as I said in Mridula's post earlier, I too give today's episode a thumbs up in all regards.
Of course we phangurls are so thrilled today, 😳 b/c our droolsome is back with some brains for the past two episodes. ☺️ Hope this is a permanent feature and not some random display of buddhi on his part. Can't trust these erratic CVs at all. 😲
You know, on a side note, this thought just struck me, I haven't used the blushing emoticon in a very, very, very long time, that proves how long there's been a drought of phangurly moments in this show!! 😲
Carrying on, sensible, droolsome Anant is too hard to ignore. Let me be quite frank here, I am a fan of this show not b/c of AnYa, but plainly & simply b/c of Anant. 😍 I am actually scared to put Shaheer's name here for some reason. 😉 (Thinking about his superman car, candles & & Timberland 🤣) The guy is good, although as someone said earlier, I did not care for his jhatak blue shirt today.
Loved the way, he after an eternity used his brains to deduce, why Deepak had not applied for the loan at his bank instead. He senses something fishy. Good job Anant. 👍🏼 I also liked the way he cautioned Mohan about questioning strange people about his FIL. Again a smart move kiddo. Keep this up, and you actually might become quite intelligent. 😆
As I said, when Deepak turned down Om's offer, men have the biggest egos!! 😡 Now that damaadji has produced some grey matter, Deepak is losing his!! HOMP. Koi na koi toh is show mein mandbuddhi hoke rahta hai. Really Deepak, exactly how do you plan to generate funds for the wedding??? Aasman se tapkenge ya pede pe ugenge?? Ya phir you plan to sit in front of VT station with a bowl??
It is so nice to see Navya back with her brains also. Yesterday, when she was scared of the sweet Sugandha, I was like, really honey? Looney quile mein pair rakhte hi, Navya also lost her marbles!!!
See, I am beginning to think, there is something in that house, which has turned all its inmates into some weird characters, each one of them is a namoona or a namooni. Yeh post bahut lamba ho jaayega, if went to elaborate further...
I agree with Soumya, Navya has always been sensible when she wants to be, except when she adorns her devi avatar. I loved the way she gave it back to Deepak fair & square. Their fight was the cutest thing of the day. To add icing to the cake, loved Anant watching their silent war. It was so cool to see him stand and witness it all. Anant's expressions were so cute, when he went from surprise to "Oh I see", to amusement, all of them were brilliant. 👏 At the risk of sounding really phangurly today, Shaheer is a brilliant actor. 😳
I too wish like Shilpa, that Anant would be eavesdropping to hear father / daughter convo, although, I found it really cute again, when he left a little early to give them a private moment.
Random Musings: I too caught that "meri dost" from Mohan today?? Another chudail for Rama to wonder in her free time about??? 😆 It will be good to see her go after this one now. 😆
As Shilpa said, today's episode was made even better b/c of Rama's absence from the episode. The few ones from which we are spared of her presence makes a huge difference to our moods.
Music, Mridula you're right, I too have been wondering about the bg scores lately, they seemed so run-of -the-mill saas-bahu ones, so not our original Navya tracks, and am so glad to have them back.
New dress for Navya, which looked really pretty. Was Meeta's saree also new?? I wasn't sure, b/c she has another fuchsia colored saree...
