I don't particularly like the Arjun-Noorie love angle. I hope they keep it to the minimum considering the show's theme.

Coming to Noorie... she is the way she is because of her father's extremely controlling nature and the fact that she is missing her mother's affection; and hence she is desperately seeking love from Arjun and his family... this is why she keeps meeting Arjun despite knowing it can put them in trouble, and her wanting to run away with Arjun, etc..

However I did find her to be a bit immature when she wanted Arjun to run away with her knowing what her dad did to his family without any fault of theirs.But she did understand how much Arjun loves his family.I think she likes Arjun because she gets a feeling of freedom and security with him.It is unrealistic though to fall in love with a guy whom you have met only 2 days ago.

Regarding her Dad,well,I will say that he simply has a big,inflated ego and superiorty complex.He is not worried for Noorie's safety.He is worried because she has befriended a mechanic from a middle class family.I am sure if Noorie had befriended someone belonging to a higher status he would not have any problem at all.
Another thing is that he is a control freak.He wants everything to happen as per his whims.

And Noorie's dad is super annoying.As annoying as Karuvaki's dad from CAS.

What is CAS??
