Himruta may be honest. However there is an honesty that has no goal but to be hurtful. That does not make a person bigger but smaller.
I noticed that many people on the show today realized that pulling down someone in public when everyone is watching may be honest but not the right thing to do. it was a set up by the show. Was anyone really trying to help anyone? Or, was it intended by the show to create a rift?
Many contestants took the high road and critiqued in a loving manner. Some contestants joked. After all this was the "memories" from the show. Most contestants did not want it to become a public shaming. They realized that critiquing someone on national television may not make them better but actually humiliate them.
Himmanshoo's spirit was small here. He used the set up by the creatives to pull down people. Who writes "try to be more honest" on the equivalent of a yearbook photo? He should have a private heart to heart with Rashmi if he cared. As a performer he used the moment to shame someone.
Himmanshoo may have honestly told his feelings, but was unkind. Sometimes humanity is more important than momentary honesty or venting. His words may be honest, but his intentions anything but.
