I know mistakes can happen from anybody but cant these people just check before they put something on their site...........
No, they were not voted out by the junta neither did they score less on the judges' scoreboard, rather it was a circumstantial decision on part of Raja and Shweta to back out voluntarily!
Raja and Shweta were the last one to perform in the regional round of Nach Baliye 2 and everyone waited excitedly for this mast jodi, who had made a powerpacked comeback last week. But when, Shweta (draped in her 'rajasthani' attire) came alone on the stage with tears in her eyes, a question mark arose on all the faces.
The news was bad; Raja had been hospitalized two days ago, owing to serious liver problems. Moreover, the doctor has advised him to stay on bed rest for the entire month. Shweta had come to perform, just for Raja who feels, "The show must go on..."
Saroj Khan was already in tears for her favourite dancer (and she confessed this on camera for the first time) and came onstage to console Shweta with a warm hug.
Shweta performed with her choreographer Sagar on the Dhol baje number from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, that had been selected by Raja. And what an amazing performance it was... Hats off to their spirit!
The atmosphere got all the more nostalgic as we saw the recap of the golden moments we had spent with Raja and Shweta on the screen. Nach Baliye is certainly going to miss this fabulous jodi.
As Saroj Khan puts it, "Takdir ke aage and time se pehle kuch nahin mil sakta!"
These guys have forgotten i guess that Shweta and Sagar performed on dhol bajne laga form the movie "Virasat" starring Tabu, Anil Kapoor and Pooja Batra
