Neeru and Amit patch-up!
There has been trouble in their relationship, but Neeru Bajwa and Amit Sadh are trying to make things work

If there was a couple in television who never needed to remind anyone of their love for each other, it had to be Amit Sadh and Neeru Bajwa. The duo were always seen together at parties, never away from each other. There were even talks of wedding bells. But then came the rumours — the couple had split and that Neeru had dumped Amit and was seeing another guy.
Though Amit wasn't very keen on talking about the issue, he neither admits nor denies about there being trouble in paradise. "The last two months have been very frustrating for me because people have been only been asking about our relationship. I don't understand why people can't mind their own business. It's a personal affair. If it's up, we'll handle it and if it's down, we'll handle it," he says firmly. According to Amit, there was too much of 'Amit and Neeru' happening everywhere and maybe some people got jealous of their compatibility.
For the moment, Amit just wants to concentrate on his career. "Neeru's 23 and I'm 25. We both are young and our careers haven't shaped up the way we would have liked. But things are on a roll now. Her film's going to release soon and even I have been meeting a lot of film makers," he informs. Coming back to their relationship, where do they stand now? "The bottom line is that Neeru is the first and last woman I have loved. She's not looking for another guy and I'm not looking for another girl. We're sticking together," he says firmly.
However, Neeru was not very forthcoming on talking about their relationship. "It's between us and I don't want to talk about anything personal," was all that she was willing to say. On the personal front though, things seem to be going smooth as Neeru's second Punjabi film opposite Harbhajan Mann is going to release in a few days. What about Bollywood? "I'm working towards it," she says.
