| Verbal duel: Darren Das vs judges
This happened in the week Maninee and Mihir got eliminated. During the retro remix round, Darren Das wasn't happy with the scores given by the judges to his jodi.
In spite of Saroj Khan telling him it was their job to decide who is a better performer, Das went to the extent of questioning her rating, and told her he believed Mihir and Maninee were better performers that night. Alias walks out
This one was a shocker. In the middle of the race, when everything seemed to be going great for Amit Sadh and Neeru Bajwa, their choreographer, Alias, decided to leave the show.
Even though he never gave the real reason for his walkout, sources claim there were major communication problems between the couple and their guru. Archana upset
The pair of Archana and Parmeet Sethi did take a while before they got voted out.
Famous for shooting from the hip, Archana was quite vocal about her displeasure in being out of the race so soon.
In fact, she was said to have pointed fingers at other jodis, who were canvassing and asking people to vote for them.
Sai-Shakti: Judges are partial
Sai Deodhar and husband Shakti Anand didn't mince words when it came to expressing their displeasure over judges favouring couples senior to them.
Also, Shakti wondered why everyone else had to cry at the drop of a hat. He also questioned the credibility of some couples, who asked for retakes of their performances. Rajiv-Delnaaz snubbed
This has been one pair that has been the dark horse in the race, until they got voted out.

One of the couples that is still in the race and not voted out, has been in the midst of the controversy for allegedly voting for their own benefit.

It is true that Rajiv Paul and Manish Goyal aren't the best of friends, but neither are they enemies.
However, this equation changed in the last rounds of Nach Baliye, when Manish believed that Paul was spreading rumours about him and Poonam being voted out in round eight.
However, it was Delnaaz and Rajiv who got out in that round.
