Every single track that they have executed since chuhi has only got worse in terms of writing, research and creativity. Each had potential that was squandered away. This custody track is thankfully the last in the list of poorly executed tracks. Do not understand why they cant write a better screenplay even within the limitations of a daily soap. Forum members consistently have much better ideas than them...

Worst thing is that avneil are divorced, and the show won't even end with them happily married. We'll just get a lollipop happy family jhappi scene 😡

@sammy
Exactly.!

Those were the concrete points which needed to be highlighted, considering Neil is going to have another wedding soon.!

Where the Child fits in, in his newly developing family should be the matter of concern from Avni's side.! They just aaummed Mithali is ohkay so yeah she will treat him Ohkay.! But no, evedybody is not "Neela".

They have missed so many facts and arguements which should be explored.!

I guess DnG production should hold a writing competition for Common people/fandom and then decide wisely whom should write.!

Even FD has better and logical tracks than them.!

DnG and SP sucks.!!!

The lawyers final and main argument in the end was about economic status and the judge ruled in favor of Neil keeping in mind the child's future and security... basically completely disregarding his emotional attachment to his mother who he will now suddenly get to see only once a week. WTH?! Why can't they ask Neil to create a fund for Mowgli and mandate avni to allow the father to contribute towards the child's education. And ask him to meet the child once a week.
And if Neil did all this only to make sure he is with the child and gets to exercise his parental rights which could not have been done as an out of court settlement which avni offered because he does not trust her...then well how does it matter what the verdict is...she can still "kidnap" Mowgli and flee...oh wait that's exactly the kind of bakwaas idea which will happen next. Avni will be arrested for kidnapping her child until our hero comes and provides evidence again kamini. Whaate brilliance!!! Except avni is such an expert at running away and hiding that if she really wanted to kidnap and fleeing , no one would find her or Mowgli for the next 10 years!
The fact that Mowgli wasn't even at the hearings is a glaring error. What a shoddy and pathetic job with writing- that too on a show that airs primetime on SP at 9pm.

Literally the boys entire future was taken by some money-minded lawyer hired by neil and a judge right behind his back. The kid has had no issue clearly till date, yet his selfish father uses excuses like making up for lost time, compensation and right of a father to justify his plan of having full and permanent custody over him and stealing him from his mother to the point now his mother can only meet him once a week and that too by his egotistic father's permission. 🤢

Now I hope mowgli gives his father attitude for ignoring his emotions yet claiming to be a good father who loves him. Neil deserves a cold-shoulder for what he did to the mother-son duo.

@survival very well written. But that's exactly the problem...the fact that we are unable to treat this fictional show as one and let it be. We have all got too invested in it. And for me even as I tried to come to terms with the fact that its a tv show with deliberate twists even if it was out of character, i learned to rant but tolerate it all because we were all hoping for damage control in the end. atleast once we got news of the show going off air. But this mitali nonsense is not allowing even a little peace of mind and no scope for damage control and a TRULY happy ending. And right now I'm genuinely heartbroken because of this neil mitali crap even though I know there is a "happy" ending...because that happy ending was the reason to tolerate all the crap but the fact that its a forced and rushed ending and the lead up to it has Neil mitali being shoved on us makes it just extremely saddening for me personally. I enjoyed the show because Avneil made me believe in true love, soulmates, partners who stand by each other through adversities and even when they have different POVs...and I liked watching that in a show with a couple that made it all seem real, who had an amazing chemistry but now I no longer believe in any of it. Real life is tough and we turn to reel world for some respite but the reel is so depressing on NK that I regret the decision to invest my time and emottions on a TV show!

They zlich cared about the child's emotions here . YHM was better than the custody case dealt here . Neil even after melting towards Avni is continuing with his marriage not once caring about his child . He only wants to keep him to satisfy his ego even now . I don't understand the purpose of his melting towards Avni . The writer literally lacks sense for not asking child's wish or suggesting joint custody .
I don't even have strength to write coz we know what is gonna happen . The peak of negativity is Avni being arrested for Mowgli's kidnap by Mitali ! I am seeing this angle only here and Neil still wants to marry this woman . No one should have such blinded ego . Plus when Avni comes to take care of Mowgli and Mitali makes scene of it he still promises tha he will marry her . Sigh !, Worst ever writing

@Naj and Sammy great posts ! But what can we do to undo things that they have done . Everything is over now and we are gonna be served with Mitali till last episode . Such sadists these writers are ! I can't get over this show soon as the attachment runs very deep . Hope we get strength . I am literally in tears while typing this . This is the first time I am watching a show being killed brutally by undoing every thing that used to make this show unique and out of the box . Avni Ayesha and Neil Khanna we loved are long gone and whom we are seeing now is a hollow shell of both .

Literally what made me fall for neil was that they weren't like a typical indian serial couple who misunderstand one another, hurt one another in big ways, the man doesn't misunderstand and abuse the wife, and the wife trusts her husband, and to top it off they always thought by each other's side and saw one another as an equal. All this went to a toss with the post leap track all the way till the very end.
