its a pretty lame excuse given by MB, if he loves Neela ma's character why did he kill it. and then forgot about everyone Amol, nanoo, Ali, rhyea and her family. he destroy Avneil's character to extend beyond repair. he should understand this is not some movie its television where thing and story matters, where characters are loved by fans 24/7. he is senior but looks like he still needs to learn a lot. Zain Imam and Aditi Rathore he cant say few words for them just that fans appreciate them, nammkaran got famous not just for Neela ma but also because of Zain, Aditi, gouthum, gulzi, Reema ji, shurti, jahaan, amol, Bebe, papa ji their are so many he should name but he didnt. i am very disappointed at him

i can't believe this show is going off air.this is one of the best shows on starlus, sad and disappointed

For MB the key was Avni Neela Maa stepmom n wanting to show a mom can raise her kid without the father which Avni did for 9 yrs

Don't think he had a clue Avneil relationship would become the key for audience thanks to AdiZa

Coming from MB that story is done is a rude awakening from a senior person like him who has directed so many movies stories...

If he thinks he has delivered per his vision was focusing on motherhood only n sees story has come full circle...why create a character Neil n whole story took a turn with his past...

Still hammering us with Najaaiz etc...

This was their first venture with TV don't think they were prepared to handle popularity...did not take time to close out all the stories (Aman Ali) they threw at us now to wrap they are going with one angle to bring a closure - Avni motherhood unnecessary custody battle


He has a capable team of writers n directors disappointing he thinks it's over n team has to call it quits without giving the writers a chance to prove themselves...

MB believes he has delivered a good show which is beyond his expectations in terms of love audience has given but messed it up with story to closure no matter what ending they show...the story will remain abrupt ending

I believe it was his first attempt with TV show if they didn't know what they were going for, best would have been to have planned Naamkaran as a finite episode series if they were sure of the story they wanted to tell vs going with the flow which they failed miserably at...

Find it very interesting about NK team everyone though working for NK were pursuing their individual goals in parallel n that's all that matters...understand script is God...

MB like I said wanted to tell the story of his step mom dedicate NK to her n the feelings touched the audience that's all that matters...then NK should have ended with her death why create Avneil post 15yrs leap why have Avni leading the story it should have been Neela Maa...




MB next venture should be finite series coz story telling for tv is not their thing...best cut off for web series...

Well i maybe wrong here but SP axed kya kasoor hai amla ka, rkc which had good content same goes with nk it is bothered abt trp nothing else .MB doesnt have a say here and he wanted to tell a story but SP changes it acc to trp so he must have opted out .timeslot and axing of serial is channels call .SP axed dsjz wen story was not even started .SP can retain nk if it wants eventhough MB says story is over but SP wont do that as nk in primeslot is not giving it yrkhh trp. Acc to reports ekta is not happy with change in timeslot for yhm here again yhm shifted to late night slot was channel's call. Kcl cant come in 8 pm slot as tiwari's zkm is in same slot so obviously kcl will occupy 9 pm slot and nk has to end and MB might have agreed to that decision
