Today's last AvNeil scene totally reminded me of the initial days of yhm. Raman used to be the same father who actually loved the kid but his pain and ego would be bigger for him than the kid's needs n he would blame Ishita for teaching wrong things to Ruhi initially. Even Ruhi used to be scared of Raman due to his anger. Even she used to feel insecure about separating from Ishita due to the verbal fights between them. N it took Ishimaa's constant lengthy lectures on parenthood, child psychology, child's needs, their fears and insecurities and purity of their love etc to force him to see the reality and why Ruhi loved her n not him!

I want to see the same head strong Avni as a mother now. Neil's eyes clearly show that he actually knows the reality, when he saw Mowgli clinging to Avni, we could sense that. But in his anger n hatred towards Avni, he is not accepting that reality due to his stubbornness. N its only Avni who can make him accept the facts by questioning him brutally as Mowgli's mother and not as (ex?) Mrs Neil Khanna. I really want to see Avni giving him some reality check in tomorrow's episode than just crying n saying nahi Neil tum galat samajh rahe ho, mene aisa kuch nahi kiya. I m so bored of this stagnant story. Neil is only getting worse with every passing day, I hope at least Avni takes the next step now. Just look into his eyes fearlessly and ask him if he understand why Mowgli is angry, what he wants, what as a father he should do for him keeping aside his hatred for her! She is making a very valid argument in the court trial as per my understanding, but if she only keeps questioning him about Mowgli, he'll say, I'll learn things with time...so she needs to make him realise how his anger towards her is affecting his love for Mowgli, how he needs to keep their issues separate from Mowgli's issues, how he should be patient with him. I know Papaji and Bebe and the Great Mitali have been telling him the same ever since, but listening from Avni and Mowgli's mom herself will be surely a different thing.

And yes, I do not expect Neil to continue his recent actions and only Avni to work on the issues ignoring all the hurt she is gaining from Neil. I totally understand her hurt n emotions and everything. But still, why I expect this from her is because Neil has no sense of fatherhood and he is not thinking like a father does currently, but Avni has a sense of motherhood and she is thinking from Mowgli's pov, hence I want her to make a next move, cuz a wife can fall weak, but a mother certainly can not...even if that concerns questioning the father himself!
