Custody for Mogli

Tomorrow's episode shows Neil coming with a lawyer for mowgli's custody. I know this is a long shot, but what if to scare avni he'll say he wants sole custody of Mogli, but negotiate to have shared custody with Mogli only if they stay at Khanna house. But I don't know if Neil would be willing to get Avni out of sukoon house?

Okay, I would absolutely love that, but unfortunately I highly doubt he would do it to force her to come back with him indirectly, considering he has agreed to marry mitali, so it definitely seems he is doing it to hurt her and get back at her.
