Whether mitali proposes to him before or after he finds out f rom avni that mitali knew avni is alive doesn't change the fact that she proposed despite knowing avni was alive. Instead of telling him the truth she is proposing to him, that itself should tell Neil that he needs to stay away from her. But i know that show main aisa kuch nahi hoga!
