If this is Ekta's or gul's show I would have myself had the doubt but this is Neil Khanna
A man who is dying to get a glimpse of his beloved who is supposed to be dead according to him now when she is alive infront of him in flesh and blood will he even think of moving on or marrying another woman just because he is angry with her and feels betrayed by her decision ?
Offcourse he will be angry with her he may even refuse to talk to her but will he ever think of marrying mitali even in his dream?
So far hedge has never made his leads marry another woman other than the FL even for so called trps
He never made even an MCP like Arnav Singh raizada to marry any other woman then think about Neil Khanna the epitome of love
In a recent IV Zain revealed eventhough avni hits him he doesn't fights back but just try to defend himself since the person he is fighting with is a women
Neil Khanna is a man who never raise hand or demean any women
Even in his low and worst phase of life he was never shown to be taken support of alcohol

I don't care to know that whether Sana is actually playing cameo or will stay back but I have full faith that Neil Khanna will never be made to take a big move which is out of his character and which will butcher his love too
