I liked tonight's episode, would have probably enjoyed more had I not had a rotten morning but nevertheless Neil Khanna and Mogli can always put a smile on your face!
As expected Neil thought he was hallucinating and that he is only seeing Avni because he was in danger. I loved the way he went up on stage and just embraced the moment of her presence and there was Mogli right there to give him the rose his Jaan Didi left behind. I love how these small things bring a smile to Neil's face, first the currency note and now this. Neil just knew there was something different about it. Lovely scenes!
Neil is a riot when dealing with KK, his annoyed expressions and dialogues. KK is obviously not the one calling the shots here, its all Neil and I love every minute of it!
Sunheri encouraging Avni to become the fighter she used to be was on point. I completely understand Avni's POV, after everything she has been through who can blame her for fearing what would happen if that sherni came out? The thing with Avni is that it is easy to see her as a coward but she is not one, the Avni we know and love still exists but she is finding another means to deal with her problems without becoming destructive and endangering the lives of those she loves. Avni is conflicted, she is in turmoil and all she needs is a push to remember why Neela made her a fighter. Avni just needs to find that balance
We now know how Avni ends up singing in the competition, Mishti and the twins are being held at gunpoint but Avni is unaware of this as Mishti misleads her. I am really looking forward to the next episode, Neil will hear his love sing and be one step closer to reuniting with her. I wish they would release the full version of the song already, its <3!!
ETA - Changed the title, dr beth said it right. Also another thing it was great to see a glimpse of the old Avni who knew fully well that those goons were trying to harm those kids so they would not participate in the competition. See the old Avni still exists but she needs a push.
